TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Worst location to purchase from is Yonge and King. They always argue with each other in front of customers, yelling at each other. Not only have they gotten the order wrong, more than once but when you tell them they make it your fault for 'not ordering right'. You've got to be complete idiots. Still, tried to be a loyal customer and wanted to order take out. When I called instead of answering the phone with a professional manner since this is a so-called business, she answered the phone and said NO ORDER NO and hung up the phone. Called back and they hang up again. This is during business hours when they should be OPEN. If you are closed why are you there answering the phone.

Whenever I come to Toronto from the US, I like to order from Taftan. This time when I ordered, for the first time ever, they got my order wrong, they multiplied my order by 3! Honest mistake, the lady may have misheard. But, when I was there and made the correction, she got eratic and rude and accused me of being a guy that always does this. I literally had to pull out my US drivers license to show her I wasn't lying. Her treatment was degrading, disrespectful and unfortunate. When I told her respectfully that customer service is very important when dealing with clients, she didn't even look at me and she never apologized. I am very disappointed.
