I came here for an uber delivery this morning so I can't really speak on the food... I don't know the backstory behind this. they could be having a bad day or it could have been joking for all I know, but before I was handed my uber order the supervisor/manager calls the kid who packed the order over. instead of showing the kid how to properly pack it he says "is this how you pack?! you need to do it perfect. do it perfect or don't do it at all" and waved his hand in the air as if shooing the kid. i told him to go easy on the kid. the packing wasn't even that bad. i feel like it was packed that way due to the shape of the products. as a customer i definitely would not care. my uber customer definitely didn't complain.

I found the staff missed few item, including drink and 10 timbits. but the staff didn’t tell me. Until I went back to cashier, they admitted that they replaced 10 Timbits with one donut. They never informed me about this replacement nor provided refund until I asked. A box of 10 timbits is $2.99 + tax while one donut is just $1.29 + tax. Read morehonestly I am an ice cap freak..so I know the proper tasks of almost every single ice cap or every location near by..I know one lady who makes the ice cap almost perfect every time..I believe there is a change of staff and they either put too much syrup or make the ice cap too white.. besides the one African Canadian lady everyone else doesn't make the ice cap that great..maybe train them better as they aren't cheap anymore they cost more now I like my ice caps...
