We went for grocery shopping and decided to order late lunch takeout, but the BBQ place in the same plaza had a long lineup, so we decided to try out this place. We ordered a Mini Chirashi Combo and a Sushi Combo B.
After we went home, we realized the restaurant missed the ebi nigiri that goes with the sushi combo. We called the restaurant to explain what we got and went back to pickup the missing nigiri. The owner apologized for missing the ebi nigiri and offered a free California roll.
The prices are quite reasonable compared to the nearby sushi place for similar combos. The sushi combo B I ordered has a dynamite roll and 3 pieces of ebi nigiri just under $10. I have been coming here since they opened in the late 90s. It has always been consistently good. They have a very distinct flavour with all their dishes that is hard to replicate.
My absolute favourite item on the menu; Chicken Tempura Roll is out of this world. I have never seen this served anywhere else. If you have never tried it, you literally are missing out on the 8th wonder of the world.
