I've never had an issue with this location until today. I always, ALWAYS order the same drink and it was always made correctly here. However, today, the barista (who is apparently a manager) decided to only give me 3/4 of the drink even though I ordered a Venti, so it looked more like a grande size. I've always ordered half ice and it always came to a decent amount, but not today.

Not only that, my order was wrong too! I asked for 1 extra scoop of matcha (as per my usual order, so I know what it should look and taste like), but I got only 1 total scoop of matcha. I asked for it to be fixed, but the second time I got way too much matcha so it was a sickly dark green and tasted so bitter I couldn't swallow it. I got it made a third time but it was barely any better. I was too tired of dealing with this barista so I just took the third one and left even though it still tasted terrible, completely off from my usual drink.

Now I'm even skeptical whether she used almond milk like I asked since my order was wrong so many times. I suppose I'll find out if I feel sick in an hour.

I understand that the holidays can be busy, and while some staff members can be a bit arrogant at times, I’ve never had any complaints about the coffee—until yesterday.
