Service was slower than I would have preferred given that it wasn't particularly busy. Once we ordered the food came out fairly quickly. My steak was cooked a bit more on the rare side than what I ordered but was acceptable. My fries came out ice cold, which when pointed out were quickly replaced with fresh ones. My dining partners beef dip had cold cheddar on it, would be nice if they tried to melt it a bit before hand. Overall the food and service were just ok. The beer selection was decent but easily beaten by other establishments in the area. I'll give this place another try in 6 months to a year before deciding not to return again.

The first thing my daughter told me after we ate there: “Mommy, can we not go back there again?” It sounds harsh, but it was pretty accurate. The only saving grace was the nachos. We went there last Thursday after trying a few other spots that didn’t have room. There was only one table occupied when we got there. (We should have taken the hint?) We had the chicken wings which mediocre. I had the Beef Melt which was very bland. My daughter had the Mac & Cheese which she only took a few bites from. I don’t think we will be back.

One of Poo’s favorite gastropubs in Richmond. Locally owned, quality food and decent pricing right in touristy Steveston Village make this a win. Not a huge place to roll up with 10 of your buddies.. this joint is where to go if you want to watch the game with a small group from the bar top, or have a nice conversation without screaming at each other. Hot wings with delicious buttermilk dip and the beef dip standout. Staff are laid back, friendly and always helpful when it comes to the menu.

My wife and I stopped in on a Monday for a couple of beers and some dinner. I had a few selections from their beer menu and enjoyed them all. They had beers from two local breweries as well as some other popular craft brewers all at the reasonable price of 7.50 a pint. My wife had the first few pulls of angry orchard cider which they had just switched to and she found it very refreshing. For food we had a couple of thier specials, steak bites and the buttermilk battered chicken burger. The steak bites were very juicy not dried out like some other places serve. The sauce was tasty, but a little thin as a dip so there were a few drips on the way to my mouth. The chicken sandwich was one of the best I have had. The batter was crisp but not heavy and contained the juicy chicken very nicely. I believe it was served on a brioche bun which was nice and soft but held up to the juicy sandwich. My wife had the beef dip off the regular menu which she enjoyed. She said the meat was tender and the portion was big enough that she could not finish it. The atmosphere on a Monday night was mostly guys sitting at the bar watching Monday night football but we did not feel out of place, the room just has a...

First off the server had attitude. She rolled her eyes at me when I asked for the tea menu. As she couldn't remember all the teas she had to walk and find out. Then had attitude when I told her the food was to salty Also my girl agreed as well. The server replied no one ever complained about the salt before but said it in a condescending way. The costumer service was bad she never returned to our table and the place had only three people drinking beer. This establishment use to be lively 4 yrs ago and packed. Now I understand why it's not like that anymore. I would never recommend going there to eat so many better places next to them. I won't even give it one star but one star was all it can give. Please do not waste your...

Fake reviews? That's was my first thought when I tasted their food last Friday night. We went in there with a group of six and all our entree was the worst we have ever eaten at a restaurant. We ordered beef dip (dry beef), jambalaya (raw rice), Short ribs pasta (tasteless cream sauce and soggy pasta) Mac and cheese (plain and overpriced), and 2 medium rare steaks (Overcooked with terrible seasoning/hard rice for sides). It felt like I was in an episode of Kitchen nightmare. However, the appetizer (loaded potato chips) wasn't bad and the beer was good. I hate to leave a bad review but this restaurant definitely isn't worth 4.8 stars. Hopefully they were just having an off night but unfortunately, I won't be...
