Placed an online order at this location for pick up at 12:15pm. Recieved email that the order had gone through and my payment has been accepted. One hour before pick up I called to let them know someone else would be picking up the order, I spoke to a female staff who told me she didn't have my order but would call me back. After half and hour, she didn't call me back, I called, now I got a man who was so rude and condescending and convinced I had the wrong location, despite me offering my order confirmation number. I kept saying what time I had set up the pick up for, finally I got frustrated and stated clearly that I had placed my order, paid money and how are you going to fix this problem. At this point he just thew the phone to another man, who was nice, and finally got to the bottom of the issue: online orders only print 15 mins before pick up. Okay. That's fine. What isn't fine is that most of the staff didn't know a pretty basic part of the online process. He offered me free cookies with the order, which was nice. When the food was opened, the sandwiches were mis-labeled and items were left of one of the sandwiches. There was a print out of what we had ordered, so there is no excuse for missing items also since the restaurant was completely empty, being too busy isn't a valid excuse. So they have the time to argue and waste customers time and patience on the phone but not enough time to get orders correct. The cookies were nice but if you fail at correctly providing the service we paid for, it is a very hollow gesture. We used to like this location and understand how hard it has been through covid but we will go where what we order is...

Read moreThis location would be great as it seems to be the only food outlet that is open in the area past 10pm. Its clean and quiet with lots of parking. Food is average and the service is adequate.. however, and this has happed few times... the guy was 30 seconds from finishing my sandwich when an online order came in.. instead of finishing my order and letting me be on my way.. (with no one in the restaurant but me), he stopped my order and went on to start working on the online/uber order.. I thought he was going to just start it and finish mine, but no.. he finished the other two sandwiches during which the driver came in and then the guy tried to bump me to give the sandwiches to the driver first. This is simply ridiculous... if subway doesn't value their in store customers.. next time this happens I will just walk out and they can eat the sub themselves. The best part is that my order was actually larger than the two 6"...
