This Burger King franchise needs to be closed down. Had horrible experiences most of the times I visited. Need to finally write a review to warn others. First bad experience, came here late at night. The sign was open, online says it open 24 hours too. Parked my car to go in the front door then saw 2 Indian employees sitting at a table eating and chatting then telling me the restaurant is closed. Okay.... then turn the open sign to closed and lock the front door. Saw another vehicle try to order drive thru but was brushed away as well. Checked online again couple of days later and they decided not to open from 12 am - 6am anymore. Next bad experience was when I had whopper cravings. Ordered through the drive thru, the car in front of me waited 5 minutes for someone to actually take his order. When it was my turn I waited for like 5-7 minutes before some guy with barely unstandable English asked me what I wanted. I told him but he couldn’t really understand then he went silence for a couple of minutes. He then told me to go to the window to take my order. Even at the window he can’t get the order right. Spoked so fast with an accent that is hardly unstandable. At that point I just wanted my burgers and leave. Ordered 2 whopper juniors and 2 whoopers with fries and drink. THE FRIES WERE VERY STALE AND HAD A WEIRD TASTE TO THEM. THE WHOPPER JUNIOR HAD TOO MANY SAUCES. IT DIDN’T TASTE FRESH, THE INGREDIENTS INSIDE LOOKED HORRIBLE. ORDERED COKE ZERO BUT SAW HIM POUR DIET COKE. The Indian employee that was taking the order touching everything was also going to the back helping prepare food. He was yelling loudly in his own language to his co worker about something in the back in front of customers. Employees working at this location clearly has no proper food safety training.

I wanted to use the mobile offer, however I’ve AGAIN encountered a problem paying on the app. Yes all my credit cards work but their app doesn’t. I told the manager and she said she can’t do anything about it. Very frustrating. This is the second time I came this week and the app is not working properly. It feels almost like the owner shuts it down so we can’t use it.

I took my dad out for lunch. The app is functional and working. However the staff isn’t haha. I placed my order and it took 15 mins for them to realize it came in. I uploaded a picture. You can clearly see the ticket machine with the white paper coming out. There was no line up at all and 3 people eating inside the place (1 of them was a worker on break). None of the tables were wiped down either. But there was plenty of time to chat in the kitchen. 20 minutes later I approached the cashier. They made my mobile order to go instead of for here. LOL 😂. I clearly placed the order for dine in. It states on the mobile app also that if you order dine in service we just find a seat and they will call it out when it’s done. There wasn’t any napkins in the bag either LOL. So after my dad and I finished we decided having ice cream. If you want it in a cup it’s 25 cents extra charge LOL! Whatever fine. But at least give us our cones on top like McDonald’s does 😂. We had a blast laughing at the service. Great show with our meals. Will definitely return for the free comedy show. Keep in mind this was one year later. ONE YEAR...
Read moreIt’s like the staff here don’t understand English. I come here multiple times a week and 25% of the time the order is wrong, or there’s a missing fork/utensil or both. When I bring up the issue, most of the staff I’ve dealt with have acted like I am the most inconsiderate person they’ve spoken to all day. Almost EVERY TIME I come here and go through the drive thru, they ask for my order, I give it, and it’s like they weren’t even listening because they will ask for the entire order again. Even when I break my order into small bite sized chunks, they still ask for it again, almost every time. It is not a large order either (just a combo with poutine) Today, I tried to redeem my rewards points at the window (as I have at other BK locations) and the cashier instead APPLIED the points from my order to my account and then asked me to pay. I explained this and was told it was already done and there was nothing they could do.
Side note, I understand how fast food staff are treated and the stress and pressure they can face, and understand errors being made every now and then, however this location makes some if not all these errors every single time I visit. I have had ONE single smooth experience visiting this location. Nothing has been done to “make it right” with the customer, as I’ve wasted hours of my time returning to this location to get my proper order, among other things.
