The so called manager (female) has major attitude problem! Why?! The first time I noticed the unfriendliness, when I asked for a stamp card since I left the original one at home. She rudely refuses, I asked her if she can stamp my receipt to later transfer the stamps over. She also rudely refuses. Months later I revisit with a full stamp card. Yah!! As soon as I approach the counter. No greeting, no “what can I get for you”. Nothing! Just stands there and expects me to ask what I need straight away. I stall for a sec then I can see her attitude change and become impatient with me. I order three drinks. Third one with the stamp card. I pass her my other stamp card to add addition stamps. She stamps my card with aggression. Lol. When the order comes up she slams the drinks on the counter!

Simple customer service was not present here. My advice for the manager?! If you don’t like people and customer service. There are other jobs that have minimal interaction with people. You are tarnishing the owners name sadly.

There are tons of bbt joints everywhere. Definitely never coming back. Also they have been skimping out on the pearls...

I got a brown sugar milk tea and didn't drink any until I got home. That turns out to have been a mistake. The pearls were basically raw, they were so hard and unpleasant I scooped them out and cut them to confirm that I wasn't just imagining it. I've briefly worked in a boba sbop before and these were some very under done pearls. Since I was already home I called the store to let them know that their pearls are uncookedand raw, a nice worker picked up, she took my name and number and said her boss would call me back. It's been about a week and they never called back. They appearently don't care that they were basically serving raw and undigestable food. Get your drinks here if you want because they genuinely do usually have good drinks but when you do maybe take a sip and give the pearls a chew...

The front staff who took order for us TODAY (June 27, 2020. 18:50pm) was extremely rude and arrogant: I went up to order and she ignored me and kept talking to the other staff. Finally she looked at me and took my order, and I asked if I can do less sugar with my Chocolate Milk Rea and she ignored me again and then responded me unfriendly, Very Rude! Lastly, the phone came out and she “arrogantly” asked me to WAIT while I was ordering with her. This completely destroyed our mood and decided not to come again.

To owner: pls lay this kind of rude staff because I believe they are the reason why your store is dying and no one wants to come with this kind of quality. What a shame of a Taiwanese Brand Company....
