Food is good when it's not contaminated by stuff that i have no idea what they are.
Ordered popcorn chicken quite frequently but i kept finding things like that looked like charcoal onion rings, hair, a somehow battered wet crinkle cut pickle that smelled to high heaven, 75% of the popcorn chicken are bean sized or smaller with rock hard batter and no meat.
The popcorn chicken order comes with a drink and half the time after they said pull up i had to remind them it comes with a drink and ask for it. I let it slide the first 4 or 5 times and politely reminded them but after that it just got really annoying.

Revised...so I emailed like the response says for an email to come back that mailbox is full!!! Lol 😅 must be getting lots of complaints?... I normally enjoy Mary Browns but last night was terrible!! Total waste of money. For an 8 PC we received 3 super small drumsticks. 2 small wings and 3 ok size pieces, chicken was good, but since so small it was overcooked a tad. I've never got such small PC's before so I guess they are like KFC now and making the PC's smaller? The wedges which I normally love, half were black!?? I don't know why they were black? And what that even is? So weird!! Definitely did not leave a good taste in our mouths. Way to much money spent for the meal...

I get chicken here for my parents quite often. They ask for 3 piece meals all white and no wings (today was 4 piece meal all white no wings). The last 3 trips they have charged extra for all white and never got it "all white" marked on the receipt. Today there was 3 pieces of white and one leg. Maybe the employees don't know which pieces are white and which are dark but 3 times in a row is absolutely unacceptable and for me to drive all the way back there would cost me more for gas than its worth. Not happy at all! I don't normally write bad reviews but charging for something that you don't get multiple times in a row...
