Two weeks ago I requested the manager at the Saint John NB store ask the District manager to contact me. I was extremely disappointed i was not allowed to make a Christmas exchange with a receipt. I waited days and was not contacted so I filled out this form again days past noone contacted me. I them called the customer service line explained my situation and that the DM has Still not contacted me. She advised that wasn't acceptable and she would contact the DM and have her contact me. Another week has past and no one has called. I can't imagine having such poor customer service in today's marketplace. Obviously Boathouse does not care about their customers or their reputation.
