Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Salmon Arm

Being new to Salmon Arm we figured we would give it a go! Had it twice now, and the last time was today at a bday party for my daughter. We had no choice as it was part of the package. That said, it definitely was the last time I will ever give this company my cash. I am sure the people are perfectly fine. It’s the pizza that is disgusting. It looks like pizza that impossibly can suffer from depression. The sauce is acidic, and awful. Ingredients are the key to a great pizza. Someone at corp has completely forgotten this. We went home with the remains this afternoon, and I warm the rest in the oven. Straight to the trash! Corp pizza chains are dubious at best but this is on a whole other level. To be fair, I had a big order, and there was only one worker... but three items were all the same. Garlic Parmesan Knots with the special garlic dip. Only one of the garlic knots actually had garlic and parmesan on them, the other two had nothing (pictures provided). Now, I ordered online, and chose (and always will choose) the garlic dip, and did. What I didn't notice is when the sit went derp, and refreshed the page, they reverted the dips all back on the garlic knots order to the original pizza sauce. Not double checking the dip staying the same on my order is on me, but how do you miss not having anything at all on the garlic knots? I dunno... Maybe I'm being unreasonable, but I...

5 stars on everything personal, the staff/owners are super friendly and personable, Ace and his family really understand that community and customer service go hand in hand. They are a true example of why supporting small, locally owned businesses is worth every dollar spent. Not to mention the food is yummy and affordable. The only hiccup is the online ordering. Not a huge deal, just a small time consuming pain, but for the gluten free crust you can’t just order a specialty pizza and mod it to gluten free, you have to build the pizza.
