My experience at the Four Seasons restaurant in the Park Town Hotel, Saskatoon, was nothing short of exceptional. I would like to extend my thanks to the outstanding service provided by the dedicated and hard working staff. From the moment of entering the Four Seasons, I was warmly greeted and seated at a window table, that offered a picturesque view of the South Saskatchewan River Valley.
The service, orchestrated by the attentive and knowledgeable servers Juanita and Maryna, was impeccable. Under the capable management of Jeremy, the team operated seamlessly, exuding professionalism and a genuine care for the dining experience of their patrons.
The meal of choice did not disappoint! The “Bison Prairie Bowl” was a standout, showcasing locally sourced ingredients with amazing flavours. Additionally, the chocolate gluten-free cake with fresh mixed berries, was a delicious conclusion to the meal with a rich, decadent taste.
The restaurant's setting with plenty of window seats allows patrons to enjoy the stunning views of Saskatoon, creating a tranquil atmosphere perfect for a memorable dining experience. The “South Dining Room” will comfortably seat 60 people.
Overall, the Four Seasons restaurant exceeded my expectations in every aspect, making it a definite highlight of my visit to Saskatoon. I look forward to returning to sample more of their menu options and can commend the staff for their warm and gracious hospitality.

Read moreBecause of COVID, I was unable to spend time with my family in person this year for Christmas. My sister very kindly ordered me a Christmas dinner from Four Seasons restaurant at Park Town Hotel so that we could all eat dinner together virtually.
I arrived at the scheduled pick up time of 5:45pm. The lobby was chockablock full of people. Crazy. I waited five minutes and took my meal home (less than 10 mins).
It was pretty much stone cold. Fair enough. Not the end of the world. However, it was pretty disappointing. It was like a child size portion. The potatoes were not very good. The vegetables were sad. The stuffing was OK. The turkey might have been good at some point but I had to warm it up and it was pretty dry. The gravy was good. They included cranberry sauce which was good. There was also a little salad which was tasty but they forgot the dressing. All in all, certainly not worth the price she paid which I think was about $25 or so.
I have been to this restaurant previously for a Sunday buffet or something like that. It was pretty good. My sister ordered from there because of the name… She thought it was THE Four Season’s. LOL!
In any event, I got to eat dinner with my family after all which was the most important thing. I certainly will not be rushing back to...
Read moreIt’s been a while since I had visited the Sunday brunch at this restaurant. But let me tell you this ! It’s so much better than the last time I went so many years ago , they have stepped up their game. For me to comfortably say they have the best 35$ / person buffet in the city . They have a higher quality than the average restaurant. A more diverse selection, great for your pescatarian family member or friend. Got a Vegan in your family, they will find comfort in your next visit together. Best sea food station . Yes I know sone have the crab legs swimming in butter or the lobsters that are really just big shrimp. This sea food station is beautiful and delicious, the carving station could be bettered with ohjuice over gravy but that’s just me. The omelette station , great staff willing to try and serve your expectations and of course the desert table Delicious. Serving staff , is there when you need your coffee or water topped of. And they share their tips with the kitchen so your 20$+ tip will go the distance. Looking forward to entertaining friends there in the future . Thank you for a great Sunday brunch experience and I look forward to Brunch there once again Leonardo S....
