A&W Canada — Restaurant in Sherwood Park

I am a daily breakfast customer at this place in the mall from last 3 years. The staff is extraordinary polite and professional. I am shocked at some of negative reviews which clearly seems to be done by some jealous people who could not get job here or are racists. The girl at the front Harneet Kaur greets everyone so well that we feel like eating at home at this place. I am surprised she even remembers most of ours orders. The manager here is also a very friendly guy. My sons love A&W, so I'm not going to comment on the food. I took my son there for lunch. He had a gift card to use, but it was going to be a bit short, so I gave him a $5 bill. Well, the A&W cashier used the $5 first, then put the balance on the gift card. Who does that?!? I feel that they took advantage of my son, who is 12, perfectly old enough to order his own food, but not savvy enough to know that what the cashier did was messed up.
