Press'd Sandwich Shop — Restaurant in Sherwood Park

Worst experience ever! We went there last night (July 10th) and there was one person sitting waiting and two guys ahead of us - we assumed they were also waiting for their food. After 10 mins of waiting the guys turn to each other and say umm lets go somewhere else this is crazy. So they had yet to even order and she did not even acknowledge them. During this time a skip the dishes worker had walked in so I thought maybe it was an order from there that was taking so long. But then she gave the guy sitting his order (one sandwich). We then ordered a smoothie, 3 sandwiches and one more smoothie. Finally after about 15 more mins we got our sandwhiches when she yelled "your order" and threw the bag on the counter. She then turned to the skip the dishes guy and apologized to him for the wait and started on his order. We still did not have our smoothies and I thought maybe she forgot so as the kids started opening their sandwhiches I waited by the counter to ask her, after gathering everything for the skip guy she turned to me and said "what". I said oh we are just waiting for their smoothies. She then proceeds to tell me we did not order any smoothies. I explained that we very clearly did order two and then she went to the till and said nope nothing you didn't. At this point I had enough and told her that was the worst experience ever and we walked out. Will never go...

I was at this location yesterday (March 22) around 6:45 PM. The establishment is very clean and the staff were friendly. I ordered The Boss in large size on white bread and requested a cup of Loaded Baked Potato soup. When I picked up my order from the counter, I thought perhaps the staff had made a mistake because the soup they gave me was not in a cup size. Then I was told they were giving me a bowl size because they made too much soup for the day and it would be at no extra cost which I thought was pretty nice of them to do! My sandwich was toasted perfectly and the toppings were very fresh. My soup and sandwich tasted fantastic! I would recommend this location to anyone if they ever asked me where to go for a bite to eat. My only small suggestion would be to perhaps get better plastic spoons for the soup. The spoon did it's job but I noticed the edges were a little sharp so I had to be careful while eating but other than that this location is wonderful and I give it the 5 stars...

Disappointed - have eaten here before and love their food but today we waited 30 minutes for two sandwiches. There was no line when we arrived and only one other party of two waiting for their food. Following us there was a consistent flow of purchases but by no means a mad rush and there were at least 3 individuals working.

At least one other individual who came after us was served before we were so I asked if they had forgotten about us and was told it was coming. They did give me a large vs. regular sandwich but it was unclear whether that was because of the wait or just a mistake they made when preparing.

Oh did I mention when I got back to work to eat - my sandwich was burnt? :(
