I was just at the location. One of the worst serivce experiences. Drove thru and ordered a latte, the server asked me whether I want it hot or cold and I mentioned hot and she replied " Just making sure because everytime you come through here you have a problem with your order." Left me speechless as to why someone would say that, given that this was my third time there. When I reached the window, I saw her and the other server laughing and thats when I felt like I was being made a joke of because they really thought they did something with that comment. I asked her whether she was the one who made the comment and she stayed silent. I repeated myself, and she responded with " Actually I dont know if it is you or someone else but everytime they come through they get this latte and they come back saying we make it wrong." So she wasnt sure whether it was me or not or just wanted to turn the story around but I told her that I didnt appreciate her comment and I definitely didnt like her snarky tone.
Now for background, I have been there a total of three times perhaps. Whenever I order its usually two lattes and one of them is with no sugar but they always mess it up by either adding sugar to both or to none. During my last visit. It was not correct so I didnt even bother and went ahead and ordered a new one, not complaining to them but just ordered a new one.
If they cant work or have this much of an attitude towards customers why work then ?
I dont have the servers name, but she had glasses on and was indian.
Oh yeah, the order that I picked up today, guess what ? WRONG AGAIN!
Never going back...
Read moreHello,
I work in construction, and for the past two months, I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons location regularly during my coffee breaks. I’m usually the one who goes to pick up the coffees for my coworkers — sometimes I buy three, sometimes seven cups a day. I don’t drink them all myself; I buy them for my colleagues, and we drink them together at work.
During the first two weeks, the cappuccinos were excellent, but later their quality became very poor. I mentioned this issue to the staff several times, but nothing changed.
Today, once again, the cappuccino I received had no foam and didn’t taste right. I politely told the staff member that I am a regular customer and simply wanted a properly made cappuccino. However, she gave me the same poor-quality coffee again and responded in a rude, mocking tone. When I asked to speak with the manager, she claimed that she was the manager herself.
Honestly, I don’t believe that — because I find it hard to imagine that a well-established company like Tim Hortons would allow someone with such an attitude to hold a managerial position. Regardless, I believe this location should be inspected, and the manager’s behavior should be reviewed carefully.
Aside from this one person, the rest of the staff have always been kind and polite. However, after this experience, I’ve decided not to visit this Tim Hortons location again.
I hope you will take my feedback into...
Read moreI visited the Tim Hortons location Oct 8,2025 at 137 Main Blvd, Sherwood Park, AB this morning around 8:14 AM, and I'd like to share my experience. I was quite impressed with the smooth ordering process at the drive-thru. The staff member who took my order was friendly and efficient, which really set a positive tone for my visit. It’s always great to see team members who are enthusiastic and helpful, as it enhances experience. However, my experience took a disappointing turn at the payment window. I encountered a staff member (Indian) who seemed quite impatient. As I was attempting to pay, he abruptly told me to "hurry up." When I accidentally entered the wrong PIN, rather than showing any understanding, his visible frustration added to my dismay. In a moment of trying to smooth over the situation, I politely asked for his name, hoping to clarify my feelings. Unfortunately, he dismissively refused to share it, which came off as unprofessional and frustrating. It’s disheartening to witness this kind of customer service, especially in a well-known establishment like Tim Hortons, which is usually associated with warmth and community. This experience left a negative impression, highlighting the importance of respectful and empathetic interactions.I truly believe this location could benefit from employee training that emphasizes customer care and respect, helping to ensure that all customers feel valued...
