Kully's Original Sports Bar — Restaurant in St. Catharines

We, party of three found this place lively and decided to have our dinner after a long drive. The place has good ambience with big TVS to enjoy the games. Good outdoor sitting to relax and enjoy drinks as well food. The washroom was unattended and full of wet floor. Disgusting !!! We ordered few drinks and ordered chipotle spinach dip in starter, we also ordered double chicken wings. We got our drinks and after some times we got our wings. We were hungry and ate couple wings and realized that all the wings are over cooked and burnt. The cook ( chef, which I doubt) decided to put the hot sauce on the burnt ( caramelized, crunchy) wings and serve us. We stopped eating those after chewing first few to save our teeth. We bring this to our server attention. The server decided to answer on behalf of the cook. He told us how they make sure the wings are properly cooked by using the thermometer before they serve. May be he is a cook but working as a server that day. Ha ha. I would have appreciated , if he could have said that he will bring it to the cooks attention instead giving us explanation. How unprofessional he was. We told our server to throw the rest of the wings in garbage and get us our spinach dip. He came back in couple mins and told us that the other server gave our order to other group. By now we had it enough and decided to settle the bill and leave the place. Very bad food, bad service but good drinks. To our surprise the server did not charge us for the wings (that was the only good thing they did to please us) But that’s not we went there for. I wouldn’t even give them one star but that’s not option. Went here the other night with my out of town friends and terrible service. Our waiter was very rude. I kindly asked if they were still accepting food orders (it was pretty late and I was trying to be considerate) and his response was “why do you think you got a menu??” Very rude and condescending. I ordered a drink and he asked if I wanted it “short or tall” and I have never been asked that at a bar before in my life (this ain’t Starbucks) so I asked him what that meant and he said short or tall glass and I said oh it doesn’t matter to me and I asked what do people usually get? his response was “well you’re the one that’s going to be drinking it so you tell me??” Very rude to all of us, and I was trying to show my out of town friends a good time. Never checked on us once, beer tasted terrible (prob need to clean their taps), we left without finishing our drinks cuz we were so put off. Had to wait forever to get our bill (it wasn’t that busy just yet either). We had to go over to the bar and ask for our bill as no one came to check on us at all. Very terrible service. I ordered food and it was lacking flavor in all aspects of the meal. It was very bland. I had to personally add my own flavor y trying to add salt, pepper, ketchup, and vinegar to the meal and nothing would help because it was so bad. After only taking a few bites of the large plate of food I asked to switch it out for a salad and he agreed but wouldn’t take the bland unwanted meal off the bill. Me and my friend both did not like the food at all. He basically told us it sucked to be us if we didn't like it and that if we wanted something else we were gonna have to pay for both meals. INCLUDING THE ONE WE DID NOT EAT. Very upset about this situation every restaurant allows you to switch out the food if it does not taste good. I will not be eating here again. After we complained to the guy ( tall old looking with glasses) never even came back to our table to check on us and didn't even clear the food from the table so we had to sit and stare at the awful tasting food.
