Read moreBe careful before you pay your bills. We were a group of 5, (3 adults and 2 toddlers) They automatically add a 15% tip and label it on the receipt as a surcharge. Like it was part of your order. They then put tax on top of it. Whats worst, once the cashier entered it on the debit machine, its gonna ask you for a tip again. The server/cashier will not tell you that the tip was already added. So be careful!!!it is very easy to miss because of how they put it on your receipt. My sister in law have the same experience. I told her to write a review here to make people aware.
I have the receipt, im not sure how to upload it.
Reply to’ Seoul - I just want you to correct how you charge your costumers. First of all, tip is not subjected to HST. If tips are to be added automatically, make sure costumers are aware. Also pls, when tips is already added on the receipt, dont ask for tips again through the debit. Skip it! Its misleading. Ive been to this restaurant few times. I dont usually look at the receipts, i just pay and press 15% on tips. Thinking back, i wonder if i had double tip you guys without knowing. Anyway, lesson learned. Always...

We had the bone soup, a bossam app plate that had lots of kimchi, beef bulgogi (came with rice) with extra rice, a spicy seafood noodle dish, and a Kloud beer each. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience. In terms of flavour, I can honestly say it’s some of the best Korean I’ve ever had and my party agreed. Portion sizes were okay for us. I know there are people who usually expect tons of food for cheap, but we were all satisfied by the end. To each their own on that one. Plus, the service was wonderful! I can’t attest to other people’s experiences, but looking at the reviews of the place, if you mention enjoying their food and/or service, they deserve more than one star, otherwise it’s just plain petty. I’ll personally be returning when I crave Korean...
