Soul Korean stands out as the best Korean restaurant in town, offering an inviting atmosphere complemented by friendly staff who genuinely enhance the dining experience. Upon entering, you're greeted with a warm ambiance that sets the stage for an enjoyable meal.

One of the most impressive features is the built-in iPad menu at each table, which simplifies the ordering process. This technology allows for a seamless experience; you can browse the extensive menu at your own pace, view mouthwatering images of each dish, and even customize your order with just a few taps. This modern approach not only streamlines service but also caters to diners who appreciate convenience.

The food itself is nothing short of amazing. Each dish is crafted with authentic ingredients that burst with flavor. From the rich, savory bulgogi to the refreshing kimchi, every bite transports you to Korea. The attention to detail in presentation and taste reflects the restaurant's commitment to quality.

Moreover, the availability of free parking is a significant perk, making it easy for you to visit without the hassle of searching for a spot. This convenience, combined with the restaurant’s stellar offerings, ensures that a visit to Soul Korean is not just a meal, but a delightful experience. Whether you’re a long-time fan of Korean cuisine or trying it for the first time, you’ll leave with a satisfied palate and a...

Be careful before you pay your bills. We were a group of 5, (3 adults and 2 toddlers) They automatically add a 15% tip and label it on the receipt as a surcharge. Like it was part of your order. They then put tax on top of it. Whats worst, once the cashier entered it on the debit machine, its gonna ask you for a tip again. The server/cashier will not tell you that the tip was already added. So be careful!!!it is very easy to miss because of how they put it on your receipt. My sister in law have the same experience. I told her to write a review here to make people aware.

I have the receipt, im not sure how to upload it.

Reply to’ Seoul - I just want you to correct how you charge your costumers. First of all, tip is not subjected to HST. If tips are to be added automatically, make sure costumers are aware. Also pls, when tips is already added on the receipt, dont ask for tips again through the debit. Skip it! Its misleading. Ive been to this restaurant few times. I dont usually look at the receipts, i just pay and press 15% on tips. Thinking back, i wonder if i had double tip you guys without knowing. Anyway, lesson learned. Always...

I went with a few people for dine-in on a Tuesday and it wasn’t busy, but I noticed their takeouts were pretty frequent. We had the bone soup, a bossam app plate that had lots of kimchi, beef bulgogi (came with rice) with extra rice, a spicy seafood noodle dish, and a Kloud beer each. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience. In terms of flavour, I can honestly say it’s some of the best Korean I’ve ever had and my party agreed. Portion sizes were okay for us. I know there are people who usually expect tons of food for cheap, but we were all satisfied by the end. To each their own on that one. Plus, the service was wonderful! I can’t attest to other people’s experiences, but looking at the reviews of the place, if you mention enjoying their food and/or service, they deserve more than one star, otherwise it’s just plain petty. I’ll personally be returning when I crave Korean...

Long time customer. This place does Korean food justice. Prices are getting high for the portions. Everything comes out piping hot like good Korean food should. The pork bone soup is the highlight here. All Mains come with amazing Banchan. The Kimchi here is amazing too. Like the digital menus. You can find a cold bottle of Soju and other international drinks here too. Staff are super friendly and can speak Korean. New location is bright and spacious. Washroom are clean however has privacy issues when the door is opened. K-Pop Mural is a Fun Site. Daytime metered street, parking lot and garage nearby. There are charging stations for E-Vehicles in Garden Park Garage. Very limited free parking onsite. Bus Terminal Near By. Free WiFi. No credit card surcharge.

I am so impressed with this place! Unfortunately I went for dine-in but I didn't realize they were closing so I took my order to go. However, the server was very friendly and welcoming. He even suggested I try the Bulgogi Dukbokki - Beef bulgogi and rice cakes with vegetables, cooked in soy sauce. For $14.99 since I didn't want spicy. Paid via tap. Off I went to three different places before I made it home and I thought for sure my meal would be all in the bag or at least it should have. But they packed it so perfectly. Not one spill. Nothing. Excellence take out packaging. The meal was excellent. Wonderful flavour and texture. Not spicy at all like he said. So now I must become a regular. Love this place. Yum. Yum. 좋은 음식

We ordered catering from here for our rehearsal dinner and was amazed at how delicious the dishes tasted. We ordered ten trays for 70 people and everyone loved it. The portion sizes offered were enormous and definitely good value. We had a lot of leftover to pack for guests too (even when most people ate seconds and thirds). Best dish is the japchae by far. We had guests from Korea and even they said the food was delicious and pretty up to par for Niagara region! It was very easy to communicate and coordinate for catering ordering, menu selection, pick up etc. Thank you for making our wedding weekend absolutely perfect :)
