Ā Ā Ā Read moreAbsolutely disgusting service and careless staff! That girl working at the counter during night shifts has no manners at allāno idea how to speak to customers, not even to the regular ones whoāve been coming for a long time. Weāve supported your business regularly, but now we regret every single visit. Last time we dined in, a thornāyes, an actual thorn with three sharp edgesāgot stuck in my tongue while eating. We immediately reported it, and what did you do? Nothing. Zero responsibility. No apology, no concern, nothing. Just brushed it off like it was our fault! That thorn was stuck in my tongueāwhat if it had gone deeper and got stuck in my food pipe? Who would have been responsible then? Would you still be standing there clueless and silent? It's a serious safety issue, not some silly complaint to ignore. Tonight, we came just to buy some sweetsāspecifically green coconut laddu. We hadnāt even told the girl how much we wanted, and she started filling up a huge box. When we asked how much she was packing, she snapped at us saying, āItās only one and a half pounds, Iām packing two.ā Excuse me? Who told you we wanted two pounds? When we corrected her, instead of fixing her mistake politely, she got even more rude and said, āI donāt know why we always take mistakes with your order.ā Wow! So now you admit you're constantly messing up?𤬠Let me make this very clear: weāre not fools coming to your restaurant to eat food mixed with thorns and get our mouths hurt. If you really think your customers are lying, go check your cameras. And if you still want to deny responsibility and keep treating your customers like garbage, then why donāt you install a security checkpoint at your entrance and check if people are bringing their own thorns just to blame you? Weāre done. Never coming back. Not recommending this place to anyone. Shame on the way you treat your loyal customers. You just lost one more, and many more to come if...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe had a very disappointing experience with the night staff at this restaurant, particularly with one young lady who was extremely rude to us on more than one occasion. During our dine-in visit, my friend found a thorn with sharp edges in her curry. It got stuck on her tongue and she was unable to speak for a few minutes. Thankfully, it didnāt cause serious harm, but it easily could have. We informed the staff politelyānot to cause a sceneābut in hopes that they would be more careful in the future to prevent potential injury to others. We returned later to buy some sweets, and once again encountered poor service. The same staff member began packing items without even asking how much we wanted. When we politely asked about it, she snapped, āI donāt know why you always get issues with your orders.ā We were stunned by her tone and attitude. Let me make something clearāwe did not ācreate issues.ā We handled a potentially dangerous situation calmly and with respect the first time. If we were trying to cause trouble, we couldāve easily refused to pay the bill that night. But we didnāt. We paid without complaint, trusting that the restaurant would take our concern seriously and with professionalism. Itās deeply concerning to see this kind of attitude toward customers. Respect goes both ways, and I hope the management addresses this seriously. A little kindness and professionalism can go a long way. We genuinely used to like this place, but after being treated like we were the problem, we will definitely think twice before coming back. Itās unfortunate to see staff behaving in such a way, with no regard for customer experience or even...
