Chachi's — Restaurant in Surrey

Ordered one vegetarian sandwich and a bowl of soup today from Guildford Chachi. I have to say it’s the worst.

1. one sandwich and a bowl of soup $21 plus 15% tips to the lady. I remember it came out to be $25 in total. I tried Chachi before from another branch I know its good so I was willing to pay that price. But what $25 was paid for, was disappointment and upset tummy.
2. lady was slow, that’s fine I was patient cause I expect good food from her. Saw her scratched her hair/head with her glove , I just have to keep an eye close for that. Saw the food counter was filled with crumbs, ok fine she’s probably busy.
3. finally got my food, was so looking forward ( although I knew it was not food safe prepared. ) when I took a sip of my soup, it was dead cold! I took it back to her and told her its cold but she didn’t seem to know what to do and told me it’s straight from the soup pot. I looked at the soup pot, its half way up and lid was half opened. No wonder it’s cold. I was furious but trying to be understandable, I said do u have a microwave????!! Can u Kind enough to heat it up. Well she did for few minutes, when I went back to my seat and took another sip, it’s lukewarm temperature. Omg. if she microwave for so long ans still came out lukewarm, not hot …..you can imagine how cold the soup was. I know the soup is not chill soup, don’t give me that its supposed to serve cold! I ordered the same stuff at another branch its supposed to be nice and hot. I have food safety certificate, to see the way food was being handled, I tried to have my eyes close. But she nailed down few things that any food handler is not supposed to do, with a price of $25 I could have went to a good restaurant for that price. Disappointed ans disgusted.i probably will go to another Chachi just not this one. All night my tummy was growling , I hope I will not get...

My husband heard a fair bit of hype behind this place and thought he'd try the Korean BBQ beef sandwich. Firstly, I was surprised by the price of it, $16 WITHOUT a side. But we figured, what the heck, it's a new place and we'll just share it and try it out.

First of all: NOT a big sandwich.

Secondly: did not look like a Korean BBQ beef sandwich. It basically just had lettuce, WAY too much mayo, and beef between a chiabatta bun. And it tasted EXACTLY like a sandwich with flavorless beef, mayo and lettuce.

I'd expect that level of quality from a Wendy's or a gas station. We won't be ordering from there again. I got a 3 box meal of Chinese food from the same food court that was SIGNIFICANTLY better, and it was around the same price range and they gave me WAY more...

Not a good place to get sandwiches. They are all salty. Even for the holiday turkey, I cannot taste anything other than the salty stuffings. The portion is small. The proportion of fillings/bread is pretty bad. Totally different from what you see in the menu picture.

For each holiday turkey (full), you'll get just 1 thin slice of turkey , 1 slice of cheese, some arugula and apple slices, and stuffing.

Even worse for clubbin', 1 slice of turkey, 1 thin bacon, 1 slice of cheese, 2 slices of tomato, around 1 leaf of lettuce.

Basically, either 1 slice of meat with more veggies, or 2 slice of meat with less veggies. They either taste salty, or even more salty. And it made me wayyy too salty.

The breads are ok. But I ordered sandwiches, not breads dipped in...
