Krishna's Dosa Palace — Restaurant in Surrey

Yesterday I dined at this place and was extremely disappointed with the overall service. From the moment we walked in, it felt like we were an inconvenience rather than welcomed guests.

Firstly, the waitstaff seemed disinterested and inattentive. It took ages for someone to even acknowledge us. An abysmal communication skills displayed by the staff. From start to finish, the lack of effective communication was glaringly evident.Upon arrival, there was no warm greeting or clear direction on where to wait for a table. An old guy with eyeglasses seemed more interested in chatting with colleagues than attending to incoming guests. Once seated, our server was notably absent for extended periods, leaving us feeling neglected and frustrated. When they did eventually arrive, their communication was rushed and devoid of any genuine interest in our dining preferences or needs. At last, I would say we ordered onion rava masala dosa ,spring masala dosa .the dosa taste were authentic and good but the potato stuffing inside the dosa is very disappointed because it tasted like a garbage seriously and I would say the sambar was like a water.I visited earlier as well like 2 months ago ,all the things we ordered were perfectly according to the customer needs like the spice level ,taste and quantity. This time ,the quantity was very less as it was earlier. Sorry to say but now it's like yesterday was our last dining there because we almost spend $50 and the things we received,the services we got was not really appropriate.

Overall, I would not recommend KRISHNA DOSA PALACE to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience. Save your money and opt for a restaurant that values its customers and serves quality food with...

I visited this place with one of my friends. I took her there because I like their food. But I was really disappointed with owner's response when my friend asked for a container to take the left over home. He literally said that "it is not his problem that she couldn't finish her food and he has to pay for his containers as well." The response was unexpected from an owner towards a customer. If he can't afford to give a container to his customers he shouldn't be in the business first of all. Its not written somewhere that we can't take our leftovers home if we can't finish them when we paid for that. When I went to talk to him, he was so arrogant & rude and said he gives food for dine in and its not his problem if a person can't finish it. He was literally yelling infront of everyone while I was talking to him politely. I was really disappointed with the response and told him that will never visit his store and his response was that we aren't welcome at the restaurant. Learn some customer service skills then open a business. These kind of things work back in India not in Canada. I usually don't give a bad review to anyone but he just made me so mad and embarrassed me infront of other customers. I also work in customer service and I know how to talk and handle clients/customers. This was just beyond...

Went to this place for the first time after seeing 4.8rating.We recently moved to Delta from Toronto.In Toronto, we used to enjoy south Indian cuisine atleast 2-3 times/month. Was missing dine in due to Covid restrictions especially south Indian. We called this place @6pm to check if Covid protocols in place. We were advised only 3 tables are open for dine in to ensure max 20 people at one time.Reached Krishna's dosa at 7pm.order placed at 7.15pm...server started serving our order 1 at a time @ 8pm.All of us got our plates served atleast 20min apart.The whole idea of dining together gone down the drain.Ordered 3 different types of dosas to try the taste.All 3 dosas taste alike-couldn't tell the difference between the taste ,only the price was different. All dosas stuffed with too much potatoes...spring dosa full of potatoes, cheese dosa stuffed with potatoes and cheese only used for garnishing...pathetic taste....missing Guru Lakshmi dosa from Mississauga. If you are real lover of flavors please avoid this place.Too small,dark.Felt sick to the stomach after dining...
