Been going to this place regularly, basically getting a drink every time I have a shift.
I would have given this place a 5 to be honest, however it is always the negative experiences that make or break an impression. The staff overall are really nice/chill people and it's honestly quite sad to see them have to put up with such an awful person in the environment.
I would like to mention two separate occasions: one that I witnessed and the other my experience.
I was going for my usual round and I noticed an Asian lady with kids getting a few drinks. She was being served by a caucasian man. I can tell that he was getting irritated by the woman and was acting very impatient. I can sympathize with the man because the woman was lagging and was going to be a long service. However, I realized it was not just this one customer interaction and that he just provides inferior customer service in general.
In this personal interaction, I was served by the same man. In my previous few orders, I was able to get the one of the triple combo drink and ask to leave the pudding out. This time, he said no and refused to do that, citing that he can't make modifications like that. I explained that I was willing to pay whatever price the drink was, it was just that I just didn't want that one bit. When I said that I have been able to order my drinks like that, he just blamed the staff for not following rules.
It was quite frustrating and disappointing and I find this to be an unreasonable request denial for a number of reasons.
I was ok with paying whatever the price was for the combo and was not expecting to get a difference back for having less. Furthermore, what if I had a food allergy and cannot eat the pudding? Due the inability to make any modifications on the computer, a customer will be forced to have the pudding as part of your order regardless?
The inability to accommodate and then to blame the staff is completely unacceptable. What poor...

A cashier from this location is incredibly rude and condescending towards every single customer he interacts with. He’s an older Caucasian man. I work in service so I know how stressful a rush can be and I always try to give the benefit of the doubt, but his behaviour was upsetting to watch. He yelled at a child for having a drink order that was sold out!!! Completely unacceptable.
In response to the owner: I’ll rescind my statement that he yelled at a child. But he was very rude nonetheless, and made the process of ordering boba feel like interrogated. Read moreWow can’t believe the customer service I got from this place. I happen to be on the first floor and needed hot water to warm up a baby’s bottle and this place happen to be the closest. I went in and asked if I can please have some hot water to warm up a babies bottle. I was asked by a caucasian Male if I had a cup to put the water in. I mentioned to him I didn’t have a cup that you can you just put the hot water in a steel cup and I will warm it up in the store. He refused to give me hot water for a BABIES BOTTLE to get warmed up and told me to go to customer Service they have a bottle warmer. I was in shock this man could not give hot water to warm a baby’s milk bottle to save what .50 for a cup. I would have gave him $$ for the cup but he was so rude.
