The fruits and vegetables are in the cooler and the juicing machine is in the back, they juice it right on the spot for you. They have some organic items as well. I juice at home and this tastes exactly the same as I make at home, same temperature (a little colder than room temperature but not cold) not a lot of pulp but a little and the earthy taste, sour taste, sweet taste is all going to depend on the vegetables, no added sugar, powders, etc and they seem to get the freshest, ripest they can but it's variable. It took about 15 minutes to make 2 juices, 700ML each 5 different vegetables and fruits (the number 3 and 9). The young fellow at the counter said you can call about 15 minutes ahead and they will have them waiting for you. I thought $8.00 for 700ML not sure if that's too expensive. Very poor customer service. I went to buy the sugarcane juice 2 weeks ago. I do not live in Surrey so had placed an order via phone. When I reached there, the girl told me that it’s out of stock. I told her that she had confirmed with me that when I get there my order will be ready. I was very angry at that time and all of a sudden she said that she can do it for me.
