FYI folks, the renovations at this location are now complete and the place has great ease of movement with parking and entry on both sides of the shop fully accessible again. I'm glad this place has no drive through, with Surrey Memorial Hospital across the street, it is busy but never has overwhelming wait times, due to its one secret weapon.. this Timmie's has somehow managed to obtain and keep at length I've noticed..the utterly perfect staff somehow; making any visit here both a thoroughly accurate and ultra quick visit should you find yourself having one of those days where everything needed to be done.. yesterday. Seriously though, at this location it seems that it is most always a courteous visit with a wide variety of fresh products readily available. This is the only location I've ever visited where I've been offered during mid-day lunch rush to have the only cinnamon bun they had in shop which was at the time I got to the front of the line, without icing (and was the only cinnamon bun left).. the quick thinking employee, paused, looked at me and then asked me if I would like them to frost the bun with icing for me, when it was realized I had asked if I could have the type with icing on top but the shop had already sold out.. Talk about going above and beyond.. WOW!! Since this occurrence, I've asked when encountering the same issue to see what other workers might do, or not do, but have each time been denied sadly. That's why these guys at this location became my personal fav Tim's shop... And that's why I thought I'd share this with everyone today. It's always good to give positive feedback to reward kind-hearted workers who go above and beyond..so... thanks again for being so sweet to me!! To find oneself considerate, helpful and thoughtful even when frought with such busy, frantic, hectic, seemingly endlessly chaotic environment and workplace...well, it speaks volumes about such people, and the type of workers that this Tim's team is made up of.... other Timmie's shops could really learn something here! To me, It's all about making an effort to master the art of leaving your personal touch on the things you do when you aim to do anything...and its also about going that extra proverbial mile, these things really show people you care if they are satisfied or leave happy..and it always makes them come back, because you took that little extra minute or maybe it only took an actual second to blow someone's mind and make their day! Its all about the little things.. or at least it really...

Some ten minutes I exited your food chain, with a digust feeling!! Explained to attendant the muffin I requested yesterday was not warmed up and neither was there any butter!
At the window I had to repeat myself to attendant ' bingle " or 'pringle' and I quote verbatim how the conversation went:
'What time did you come here, coz the lemon poppy seed muffins were sold out early afternoon " told her I don't recall the time, but definitely came before that. For the life of me I couldn't believe her argumentative tonality and was steadfast on asking the exact time I came!!!! Told her I wasn't gonna lie for a measly two dollar muffin, again she reiterated the time and putting up a bold front lacking professional interaction! I told her almost the entire staff, including her know meand every day of the week I've spent no less then ten dollars!!! She then said ' you are always fighting with us ' this is a biligerent lie and character assassination, which don't take lightly!!!!
For the record, a few day's ago at the exit I heard a group of men inside arguing with a supervisor, while others stood silent. I immediately made a U turn into the parking lot and entered the store to come to her aid. ( they were four south asian men and here's an attendant telling me I fight with the staff(
Manager, let me be very clear: I ain't no crook or a beggar looking for freebies!! This staff has zero deescalation skills, rough tonality, aggression and a joke, saying she's a supervisor!
It happened few tines before and I let it slide, because most staff are awesome and two bad apples in particular, cast a real negative flavor of the place!!!! 😈😈😈😈
If an appropriate remedy is not taken by the store manager, I will take this matter right to the Tim Hortons Human Resources!
She ruined my...
Read moreUrgent Feedback on Cleanliness and Service at Surrey Tim Hortons Dear Tim Hortons Management, As a loyal customer of 14+ years, I want to express concerns regarding the service and facility conditions at your Surrey locations, specifically at 96 Avenue & King George and 72 Avenue & King George. Key Issues: Unclean Facilities: Consistently unsanitary restrooms detract from the experience. Electrical Outlets and wifi Disabled: A lack of functional outlets and wifi disabled is frustrating for customers who rely on them. I have proofs. Staff Overwork and Customer Service: Staff appear overburdened and less welcoming, impacting overall customer experience. Feedback from my informal survey over several weeks confirms similar issues reported by other customers. These issues not only reflect poorly on Tim Hortons’ brand but may also raise concerns of misleading advertising, as advertised amenities aren’t consistently available. Although I could escalate this with Surrey bylaw enforcement, I would prefer a direct resolution and improvements from Tim Hortons’ side. If needed, I would welcome further discussion or a mediator to help address these concerns. Thank you for considering this feedback, and I look forward to positive changes. Best regards, Yogesh Bhatia, I have down...
