Antonino's Original Pizza—Tecumseh — Restaurant in Tecumseh

Update: the restaurant was able to connect with me to make things right which i truly appreciate. This used to be a great spot for me. While the pizza remains amazing the service does not. I pre ordered 2 pizzas almost 2 hours in advance with a specific pickup time. When we arrived to pick up we were told the order slip was misplaced and the pizzas were not made. So they made them right away for us but that led to a 20 mins delay. Understanding that 20 mins is not long to wait however with two cranky toddlers in the car, crying from hunger and wanting pizza it was definitely not a great experience. What's the point of ordering ahead if it can't even be produced in time. They should have comped the bill or at least given a discount for the wait and inconvenience, Something to show they messed up and appreciate the business. We got nothing but attitude and anger and hangry...

Went in for the first time with my wife. Customer service was good but the pizza wasn't that great. We ordered slices because the person at the front desk said it would be faster. After ordering our 2 slices of pepperoni and two slices of deluxe, the pizza chefs pulled out a previously cooked cheese pizza and then proceeded to put toppings on. They then fired the already cooked dough with new toppings on it leaving a dry crunchy buttomed pizza crust with mushy saturated dough under the cheese. This made it not very appetizing but I ate it anyway because I'm not one to waste food. Really wish we would have had fresh pizza because I heard this is the best...

Love their pizza, but the service has declined, which is why we took a break. This time we did covid pickup. We were told to call when we got there, which I did, it was packed, I managed to take a spot once people left and watched as people who arrived after us got their food. When I finally got the kid to come to my car he asked for my name as if I just got there. He said they don't tell them who calls and they just come to each car. In the end our food had been ready 25 minutes by the time we got it home is it was cold. Will be taking another break from and hope next time it...
