The Latte was one of the best beverages I have had in quite a long time. The espresso is locally roasted in Tofino, and the milk is sourced from Parksville. Paired together you have a perfectly balanced latte. The espresso is hand pressed using a Flair coffee press, the owner is in full control of the coffees extraction.
