The products offered here is very delicious but the customer service is very poor.
Most times I come in during the evening, most employees here looks like they hate their job and are not friendly. One of the nights they were understaffed. My partner and I waited for 15+ mins before we left because we couldn’t even get our order taken. We were waiting for her attention even when there was no one else physically in the store. She kept taking new online orders coming in and just ignored us. When an uber delivery personnel came in and attempted to get her attention. She rudely replied with an attitude telling him to wait.

Instead, I was forced to accept another drink I couldn’t even use at that late hour. I was extremely upset by this solution and refused the drink, leaving the store without it. I will not be returning to this...

Please be advised that the only sizes are L (~673ml) and XL (1L). I didn't realize that the World Milk Tea was only XL and low-key regretted my life choices and ignorance. It was tasty but so much. The World Milk Tea comes with at least 5 types of toppings (tapioca, grass jelly, pudding, red bean, coconut jelly, + more I think). I'd highly advise reducing the sugar level for this quantity of bubble tea – no sugar was perfect for me considering the quantity and the sheer amount of toppings.
We found the Passion Fruit Yakult to still be sweet at 30% sugar, so would probably recommend no sugar for...
