3 Brewers, often referred to as Les 3 Brasseurs in French, is a chain of brewpubs that offer a unique and enjoyable dining experience. I've had the pleasure of visiting several of their locations, and here's my review:

Ambiance: The atmosphere at 3 Brewers is always lively and welcoming. The interior is typically designed with a rustic and industrial feel, featuring large brewing tanks that give you a sense of their commitment to craft beer. Whether you're visiting with friends for a casual meal or a special occasion, the ambiance sets the right tone.

Craft Beer: One of the main draws of 3 Brewers is their selection of craft beers. They offer a variety of house-brewed beers that cater to different tastes. From light lagers to rich stouts and everything in between, there's something for everyone. I appreciate that they often have seasonal and limited edition brews to keep things interesting.

Food: The food menu at 3 Brewers is diverse and generally delicious. Their focus on beer-infused dishes adds a unique twist to traditional pub fare. Whether you're in the mood for burgers, poutine, salads, or a hearty steak, you'll find plenty of options to satisfy your cravings. Don't forget to try their beer-infused sauces and dishes for a true taste of their craft.

Service: Service quality can vary slightly depending on the location and how busy they are, but in general, the staff is friendly and attentive. They are often knowledgeable about the beer offerings and can provide recommendations if you're unsure about what to try.

Value for Money: While 3 Brewers is not the cheapest option for dining out, you're paying for the quality of craft beer and the unique atmosphere. Considering the quality of both the food and beer, it's a reasonable value for what you get.

Locations: 3 Brewers has multiple locations across different cities, making it accessible to a wide audience. It's a great place to visit when you're looking for a reliable spot to enjoy craft beer and good food.

In summary, 3 Brewers is a great choice for beer enthusiasts and those looking for a relaxed dining experience with a unique twist. The combination of craft beer, flavorful dishes, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a solid option for a night out with...

I had higher hopes for this place but can't say it was all bad. Perhaps we got unlucky with the food quality this time as I've seen some pretty plates come out (the meats, flammekueches). The fries that came with the classic burger were the saddest part of the meal - stale, flavourless, no texture. Burger was mediocre at best, but also lacked flavour. You had to douse it in mayonnaise to taste anything (which was quite good, if I may add). We also ordered the pulled pork poutine and the fries were, again, the biggest letdown. Onion rings were fairly good, but that's about it. If anything, screwing up onion rings would be a bigger accomplishment.

On the other hand, we ordered a pitcher of the amber ale and it was very good. Very smooth, hints of sweetness, not too bitter. Service was fine in our experience and the environment was enjoyable too. We were seated on the second floor next to the window and it wasn't so busy when we came around 6pm on a Wednesday. I noticed they don't play music here, and it's a great volume for chatter.

I'd be curious to see if their food can impress if I give them a second chance. Best to come here for the beer and save the main course for elsewhere.

Edit: came here again at a mixer. This time I had: flammekueches in 5 equally disappointing flavours, dry and tough, somewhat burnt kebab skewers, mediocre and overpriced sangria, great deep fried pickles, and very delicious buttered pretzels. Their tester bar is not bad, $30 for 7 pints or so? Review is unchanged because food is still generally bad, a sentiment most people at my table agreed with. They also do play music (good music, may I add), contrary to my prior review, perhaps because this was later...

I am not the type of person to do this but I have never had an experience like this before. HORRIBLE HOSPITALITY!! Overpriced food for horrible service. Came in a couple of days ago and just had the time to write about it now. Firstly we came in and the workers at the front desk were having a conversation without even bothering to acknowledge us. Then when they finally did I was greeted with “Hey” by the brown girl there which I found so rude and was sat at a table in the back when I politely requested a table in the front. I was told there were reservations on those tables but the restaurant wasn’t busy at all and as we were leaving the restaurant the tables she said was reserved were still free, untouched and THEY COULD HAVE MADE AN EXCEPTION AND SAT US THERE. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all. It was my mothers first time in Toronto and she would’ve loved to sit at the front and enjoy the view. Horrible service and they don’t know how to prioritize and accommodate. Food was very mediocre, but our sever was very kind. Not enough to keep me coming back though definitely will not...

They have a solid selection of tasty beers on tap, delicious burgers at great prices, fresh fries, and a really good salad. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming — perfect for a night out. The only downside was that it took a while to get the bill, but overall, still a great experience!
