Lovely coffee shop!

I stumbled upon this cafe on my way home from work and I think I’ve found a new favourite!

It’s bright, modern yet homey; a perfect place to enjoy reading a book while I drink matcha and eat a croissant ☺️

The owner, Francesco was extremely welcoming towards me and my friends upon entering! He was enthusiastic about the menu and proud to support local businesses on his shelves

I will definitely be a returning customer 😋 looking forward to trying the other items...

Annex Espresso Bar is my new favourite place! I counted down the days for when it would open back in March and I can say I've been there every week since. The coffee and pastries are amazing!! The friendliness of Francesco, the owner, and his family who supports him are second to none! New cafe in the neighbourhood, the interior was well thought out to create a space where people can feel relaxed and enjoy their coffee. I had an oat latte that was naturally sweet from the milk and had hints of cocoa elements from the beans. The owner mentioned that he has previously worked in other high-end coffee shops in the city, and they envisioned having a space of their own. Will return in the future to try out other baked...
