The chicken tastes good and the male staffs are polite and accommodating but this one particular female waitress was rude. My friend and I ordered 2 chicken for take out but they combined it into one. I asked the male staff if they can separate it and give us an extra bag because my friend and I will go separate ways. The male staff was interrupted by the female waitress saying there is a price difference if I ordered it as combine or as separate (which was their mistake since I did not say to combine and the price was actually still the same). They gave a take out box anyway. As we were separating the food in the table, the lady waitress said with a disgusted look on her face "Can you just not do it here?" We asked why. She said "just because". The male staff gave us an extra bag but the female staff took it back. We are not sure if it was due to discrimination since we were the only ones not Korean in the restaurant. There were many empty seats there by the way. I recently visited BB.Q Chicken and unfortunately had a disappointing experience related to the entry of my service dog. Despite clear guidelines and laws protecting the rights of individuals with service animals, the staff at this establishment refused entry to my SERVICE dog.

This refusal not only goes against the principles of inclusivity but also reflects a lack of awareness about the importance of service animals for individuals with disabilities. It's disheartening to encounter such a situation in this day and age when there is ample information available on the rights of service dog handlers.

I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and considers providing proper training to their staff regarding service animals.
