I bought the OR milk tea with tapioca large size and it took me around $5.50; compared to the other bubble tea store its cheap for the same size of the cup. However there are some things are not good too such as the tapioca it took 2 hours to make it; although I believe it just only takes 1 or 1 and half hour to prepare. Besides the tapioca was too plain. I believe if staffs could add the sugar and leave the mixture sugar and tapioca for few minutes it would be good.

I don’t know how many sugar for the OR milk tea however when I order the regular sugar and less ice, the drink that I received was too plain for the regular sugar. It’s supposed it would be sweet however I didn’t taste any sweet in the drink.

Finally I dont know how they prepare the tea for OR milk tea however when the staff gave the drink for me I tasted it was light I didn’t taste much the tea or even cream. The flavour was just like I drink plain water and add some smell and topping in it or soda brand bubly not sweet and include the flavour that how it’s taste.

I believe if the store can change the formula and the way to make the tapioca and adjust the sugar and ice level I believe the drink will be better than the drink I...

Horrible overall experience with this store. I went to get some drinks with my mom and I can't believe just how bad the service was. Firstly, the man in the shop was quite rude and seemed to brush off my request for additional strawberry popping boba, even though I repeated it 3 times to clarify that I wanted the strawberry popping bobas and NO REGULAR TAPIOCA. My mom ordered the original milk tea and I am genuinely flabbergasted that it ranks in the top 10 drinks at this store. The tea tasted odd and it was extremely watery! I ordered the strawberry milk tea, and I do admit that I enjoyed the drink itself. However, the man didn't put in my strawberry popping bobas and gave me regular tapioca, even though we PAID for the extra topping and I reminded him several times. He refused to change it when I asked and the drink was packaged. Terrible service with equally terrible drinks. I will never order from this store again. This place was a must visit every time we came to the mall. Six years to be exact. We visited it today like usual and the workers are not the same. I think she sold it but EXCEPT the little kid by the register machine, the rest were super rude. My husband dropped the straw by mistake and when we asked for another one, the older guy yanked the dirty one and threw a new one at us. We left so confused like why he treat customers like that.
