I am a very regular customer of Eaton center Real fruit and they are really good and nice at their service.

Today I went to the dufferin mall real fruit and was really disappointed with the service. I ordered mango slush medium with tapioca and they server gave me a way too diluted one and when I asked him he was arrogant and showing me the attitude. He even told me that it's the policy to add water in the slush. When I told I go to Eaton center everytime and I know the real taste of the slush he agreed to make me a new one. Now the second one he made was with rotten mangos and lots of extra sugar. I was getting late so I had to leave but I must say worst ever customer service I experienced today. Totally disappointed with Real Fruit.

Real fruit has been my choice for many years and it disappoints me that I had a bad experience there this time. As I can’t have much icy drinks when it’s cold, I asked for VERY LITTLE ICE and I had a drink that was half ice. I went to talk to the cashier and the guy that was making it and they said that there was very little ice. I insisted that it was too much and that I specifically asked for little ice and they continue to say that was not a lot.. They did not want to make me a proper one, like I ordered and they were very rude.
