Coming from Vancouver, I had never been to this place and was looking forward to it, but boy is this a letdown. Let me be upfront about the one star review: service—not because theres no service, front staff girl gave me side eyes multiple times.
Atmosphere—it’s a food court, it’s meh, you gotta hunt for seats, you get the idea. This is not really on the franchise.
Food—not good. As a Chinese who’s had the authentic ShanXi Roujiamo, this is nowhere near where the traditional street snack should taste like. Chili oil wonton soup is obviously pre-made with heavy industrialized food favorings like MSG. I could literally taste the fridge in the burger. We were in a hurry so this is our only option, so I guess I should have seen that coming.
Service—absolutely horrendous. The Asian girl with glasses, Flora, as I learned later on the receipt, gave me an attitude EVERYTIME I talked to her. When I asked her questions about the menu, she seemed very impatient and rolled her eyes when I misheard “sides” for “size”. Strike one. Later on I noticed the kitchen staff filled up the food warmer behind the front desk, as I misheard Flora calling my order number, I came to pick up my food. She gave me the order, and I noticed this order didn’t have a drink, so I asked if I could get my drink. She checked my order number and rolled her eyes again! Moreover, she was just standing there twiddling her fingers when she finished taking orders, even though the food warmer behind her is filled with orders ready to be bagged, including mine!
I wouldn’t say I’m a picky customer. I myself have worked in foodcourts before so I know the grind. I even tipped them $1 at checkout when I don’t have to for food court. In hindsight I remember she had a chewing gum in her mouth, which could be the reason why she slurred sometime. Looking at their reviews seems like I’m not the only one who had problems with Flora. As long as she is still in the front, I wouldn’t come back here or recommend this...

Bingz Crispy Burger blew me away! The Signature Pork burger was incredibly flavorful – super juicy on the inside with an ultra-crispy, flaky bun that holds everything together perfectly. You can really tell they put care into the ingredients and preparation. I also tried the Black Pepper Beef and loved the bold spice—it’s like a Chinese-style burger with a gourmet twist.
The Hot & Sour Glass Noodles were a surprise hit—perfectly chewy with just the right amount of heat and tang. The portion sizes are generous, especially for downtown Toronto. I got a full meal (burger, noodles, and drink) for under $20, which is amazing considering the quality.
The service was just as impressive. Even during a busy lunch rush, the staff were kind, patient, and quick with orders. One of the team members even checked in on us afterward while eating to make sure everything was good—really rare and appreciated!
Also, I love the little details—the packaging is fun, the food is made fresh in front of you, and the whole vibe is clean and inviting.
Highly recommend checking out Bingz if you’re in the Eaton Centre. It's a totally fresh take on fast casual that lives up to the hype. I’ll definitely be back!
✅ Try: Signature Pork burger, Chili Noodles, Plum Fizz 💸 Great value, fast service,...
Read moreA great addition to CF Eaton's Centre food court. Best bang for your buck in Toronto. With a new franchise opening at the Union Station food court. I would forward to grabbing a quick bite to eat at Bingz Crispy Burger.
This franchise is one of the most efficient booths in the food court as the staff is friendly and very orderly to ensure you are waiting long for your order. It's amazing to see Asian chicken sandwiches priced under $8 especially sandwiches that are not deep fried. I even got the peking duck (a seasonal item) under $10. Both sandwiches were amazing. I heard good reviews about this place before going for lunch and it exceeded my expectations. The only gripe about the atmosphere is because it located in the very busy CF Eaton's centre food court which always attract foot traffic from shoppers, hospital workers, office workers and TMU students during their lunch break. Fortunately, my order was for takeout as my office is less than a 5 minute walk but I can imagine it being frustrating for other customers to try to find a seat at the food court to enjoy their delicious...
