I've ordered from here a handful of times, and the workers are always so sweet and lovely to talk to. I always know I'll get good customer service here. NYF is always a good choice too, if you're vegetarian because their gravy is knowingly vegetarian and they broadcast that. It's a bit difficult finding good poutine places where their gravy is actually vegetarian. It's always a hit going here. I've also gone to the Dufferin Mall location and they are friendly, but not as friendly as the service woman who frequently works at this location. 10/10 recommend!

I usually get the classic poutine, but decided to try the veggie fries today. I can say that the toppings are fresh, and the fries are made to order, so double the freshness.

Also if you're unsure of the sizing: the snack size is good for one serving. If you want leftovers, I'd recommend the large. They also pack the boxes to the maximum capacity so you're definitely getting your money's worth.

Tldr; great customer service, good bang for your buck, and everything is...

Our visit to New York Fries inside the Eaton Centre was a delightful experience for both me and my children. Opting for their signature hotdog and fries combo was an excellent choice, as it satisfied our cravings for a classic and satisfying meal.

The hotdog was cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful with every bite, while the fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, just as they should be. It was a simple yet delicious combination that hit the spot for all of us.

What made our visit even more enjoyable was the convenient location inside the Eaton Centre and the efficient service we received. Despite it being busy, the staff remained attentive and friendly, ensuring that our order was prepared quickly and to our satisfaction.

Overall, our experience at New York Fries was a success. With their tasty offerings, convenient location, and excellent service, it's no surprise that it's become a go-to spot for a quick and satisfying meal with the family. We'll definitely be returning...

I eat here so frequently, always the classic poutine because it is delicious. As someone with celiac disease it is so comforting to have a place I can go to get something hearty and gluten free and, where I can always trust them to take care with my food.

The restaurant is set up wonderfully for celiac disease. The buns for the sausages are kept completely separate from everything else. The gravy is contained in a pump. Fries are the only thing cooked in the fryers. And staff are always willing to wash their hands to prevent any possibility of cross-contamination. I also appreciate the efforts New York Fries makes to be environmentally conscious, including redesigning their cups to be plastic-free.

The food court itself is usually quite noisy and busy, so I will often take my food outside in the warmer months. There are lovely benches along Dundas next to the flower beds, and away from the chaos...

Okay so I'm doing a thing where I taste the whole menu, like I've never done this before but this will be the first ,so i first tried the pulled pork poutine, and then the butter chicken poutine i cant wait to try the chilli poutine next.like im so excited to experience this. considering the fact that what we have tried so far was delicious absolutely the best like ever!!!lol Update* as I tried the works, it's supposed to be the beef chili and fries, like I was confused if it was a poutine, but you know what I wasn't confused about??? It totally 🎷🎷🎷 it was the most horrible est thing I've ever tasted ,yes (horribleest) I know it's not a word but ey it was awful,so bad I couldn't even eat 3 bites.i literally left it on the cafeteria's table for the next person to find. So my next try will be Be the bacon double cheese. I'll keep you guys updated on the finds.cheers''''

I placed an order through Door Dash for 1 classic poutine, 1 snack sized box of fries, gravy, and 2 hot dogs. I waited over 1 hour and 30 minutes to receive my order, which was much longer than the estimated delivery time shown to me on Door Dash. Also, it wasn't the delivery driver's fault; Door Dash showed that New York Fries was still preparing the order for over an hour. By the time the food arrived, everything was cold and the fries were soggy and stuck together in one big mass. The hot dog tasted ok but the fries were overly salty. Overall, I would not order from here again because the wait time was unreasonably long, the food arrived cold and soggy, and the taste was disappointing.
