I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at your restaurant. The food I received was far from what I was expecting. The quality of the dishes was highly unsatisfactory, leaving me truly disappointed with my overall visit.

The fries I ordered were completely dry and lacked any semblance of flavor. They were a real letdown, as I had anticipated a much better quality. Additionally, the burger I ordered was inadequately cooked. The bread was burnt and inedible, which significantly impacted the entire dish. The beef itself was prepared poorly and did not meet even the basic standards I would expect from a restaurant of your caliber.

This experience has left me with a negative impression of your restaurant, and I am genuinely disheartened by the entire ordeal. I want to emphasize that I am not one to provide negative feedback lightly, but the quality of the food I received was far below par.

This is a gourmet burger. A very good one too.

I ordered the double cheese, smash. This isn’t your typical smash burger spot. Expect a little thicker and juicier than the competing shops.

The meat is seasoned well, and isn’t too salty. The cheese is real cheddar, not a kraft single. To me, this is much better. The bun was brioche, the pickles were bread butter, thick cut. Wish it had a burger sauce on it. Solid solid solid.

We ordered a Double smash burger, Simple Shepherd burger and poutine via Skip and we were so disappointed. Both burgers were dry, like to the point were one bite took over 10 mins to chew completely. The burgers were flavorless!! I would compare them to how burgers that have been floating in warm water at the bottom of a steam tray at a very cheap buffet place taste.
