I cannot add zero star or I would ! They have a stamp loyalty card and I was asking for the free one and asked which combo lady gave I thought it was one with drink. Cashier said not that one but started coming off in a rude manner. I said ask your employee what she served me as I asked for the combo. With drink ! She began to get agitated and screamed and threw the stamp paper instead of handing back! So I proceeded to ask why she needs to yell and be rude when I am a customer. She laughed and mocked me and made me look like I was not able to pay! I asked for manager and typical answer she said I am the manager. So poor customer service she was the Filipino older lady I advised we buy every Saturday 4-5 meals but if she does not care for loyal customers I shall not return there are other options in the food court without...

I had your food on Tuesday(yesterday )and have been meaning to leave a review, but I’ve been so busy so I’m writing now. Your food is the best I’ve ever had in Toronto! I’m originally from Europe, and my whole family absolutely loved it.

Special thanks to the two young ladies who were serving. They had the warmest smiles and were incredibly helpful and friendly while we were choosing our food. They even offered us a sample of the chicken, which was a lovely touch. Even though it was very busy during the lunch rush, they made time for every customer and served with such positive energy.

I have not tried their foods here, so this review is for their staff who gets louder and keeps pressuring me to buy when I’m simply looking and checking their foods. With the amount of aggression, it was a huge turn off. Staff were really aggressive and pushy to the point that they sounded so desperate for you to buy their food. The pressure is really a huge disappointment so I ended up going somewhere else.

Please allow people to choose and pick what foods they want instead of being so loud and obnoxious in pressuring them to buy your foods. If you’re confident that the foods you’re offering are delicious and in great quality, then that will speak for itself instead of...
