I wanted to get Chinese food from UberEats and saw Shanghai 360 and placed my order. I didn’t really know beforehand which location it would come from. When I checked out the reviews on this store, I was concerned with what I was going to get. I knew I was taking a bit of a gamble too by ordering close to the end of the day for dinner in terms of freshness. I guess I was pleasantly surprised. This was pretty decent for fast food. I had their Combo 3 with Barbecue Chicken, Coconut Shrimp, Green Beans, and Shanghai Fried Rice. The chicken looked fairly fresh, and it had a nice BBQ glaze on it. It wasn’t too dry. The shrimp was fine, and the coconut sauce came in a separate container enough to put on the shrimp. The green beans were pretty good too. The food was still fairly warm when I got it. The soda can that came with my meal also was chilled because it was fairly cold when I got it too. Can’t really expect much more than this for fast food, and was pretty satisfied with what I got.

They are not serving chicken, they are serving burned chicken skin to people. Very disappointed! The Eaton Center’s location is way better. Update: I complained to the staff and what I heard was: “You almost finished the meal” and I replied saying that I ate the noodle, broccoli and ONE piece of chicken I got. She did nothing and was trying to accusing me. Worst customer service you can get. I’m updating here because I had dysentery next day. Avoid this place.

I asked for general tao and they gave me BBQ chicken (soupy). When I told them nicely that they can just take out the BBQ chicken and put the general tao on same noodle, instead of apologizing, one employee just put a bit of general tao in a different container and all of them started saying "outside food, we can't do anything". WTH do you mean outside food, y'all just gave me wrong order. Super rude.

Used to come here all the time back in the day… it was a good value and you always left feeling like you got what you paid for.

Came today for the first time in a couple years. I got the two meat combo with noodles and green beans for $13.50 plus tax.

Ordered the honey garlic chicken and General Tao and honestly could not taste the difference between the two proteins. Looked and tasted exactly the same. Received about nine pieces of meat in total which was very disappointing.

All good things come to an end I guess. Won’t be back here in a hurry...
