Everytime I go here I get charged different prices for same items and orders always mixed up . Food is great but service is terrible . Today placed order for hamburger combo . Paid seperatly for gravy and sautéed onions on my fries. Got home no onions on fries . Not first time order messed up . Last week ordered to combos and they only gave me one pop . Showed them receipt for 2 combos and the girl argued only one combo so didn’t get second pop . Receipt clearly showed 2 combos . Tonight only got one pop showed receipt for 2 combos finally got second pop just to get home and have messed up order . As much as I like this food they have lost my family as customers . Always have to get upset with them trying to explain what I want . This Time the guy that served me was the guy that took my order and instisted I only had one combo . He looked at receipt and finally got the second pop . Never leave this restaurant without double checking your order . Totally disappointed that I never got the carmalized onions on my fries even though it was paid for on a seperate receipt. Placed my an order around 130am . Worst time of the night...

Honestly, they need to go out of business. They are lowering the value of good dinners in the gta. The restaurant matches the ghetto they are in. These guys are dirty looking and have terrible customer service. There, Mac no cheese was disappointing and not good. The flavor didn't go well together with the cabin chicken. It's just full of dry seasoning it's unbearable after 3 bites. The vegetables are fresh or pickled right. The burger was ok but I can tell they use cheap products. The price is insane for what they are serving. Everything should be at least 4$ down. And the wait time for the food is ridiculous for that level of taste and type of food. Lastly, having cowboy doors that are extremely dirty and your kitchen is hidden and your employees are dirty looking isn't a comfort for your customers.
