Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Toronto

My ready hot pizzas I order was ice cold and one of them had a huge chunk of cheese missing, 2 of them was burnt in areas and it looked like someone touched one of them with their hands it was mushed, had to throw that one it in the garbage. Check your pizza before you leave the store, I always do but I was running late and they took their sweet time serving me so I checked the top 3 pizzas, they cleverly placed the damaged one on the bottom, some one touched it you can tell because there were no cheese stuck to the lid of the box. There was no taste to these. The price is increasing on a daily basis and the quality is decreasing. No one wears gloves and handles the pizzas after using the cash registers. Been a regular customer at this location for many years will no longer be going to Little Caesars, waste of...

An order went thru Skip the Dishes incorrectly to this location which was clearly a mistake. The pizza was not included on the order and neither this location or Skip the Dishes thought to call to confirm that the order received was for 1 bottle of water only and no food? The restaurant blamed Skip the Dishes who in turn blamed the restaurant. So 1 bottle of water was delivered to us at a hefty cost of $12. Anyone with common sense would have realized that the online order went through incorrectly and should have called to verify. Since we did not receive the pizza we thought was ordered and still wanted one we asked Skip the Dishes to at least waive their $4 fee on the next delivery for a pizza. They declined.
