Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Toronto

Really good pizza, never disappointed Edit* i only made this review in order to get a free dipping sauce. But now, when I got my pizza I notice it was missing pepperoni like i asked for. The lady was sure i didnt say it and was very unwilling to do anything about it. I asked her to call someone else and this man came, asked what I needed, offered me another pizza which would be larger but I didn't enjoy all the toppings so I declined that and he said he'll put the pepperoni on with no problem just have to wait a few more minutes. When he brought out the pizza for the second time he showed it to me and mentioned he added extra pepperoni on top and apologized for the inconvenience. I really appreciated his help. He offered up 2 different solutions unlike the front counter lady just wanting to fight...

Very disappointed with the staff. I went to order pizza in store around 12:40-1:00am Jan 4th and it looked like there were new staff a female and male both were not wearing masks the man only wore a mask when he came close to me and went and pulled his mask back down when walking away from me and went back to cleaning the tables the lady had clearly been making pizza without her mask pulled up as when I walked in she was clearly on the table with it below her chin. When I went to pick up the pizza after 15 mins the man was in the back with the mask off and the female was washing her hands with mask down pulled it back up and then handed me my pizza. I left very digsuted, with the new variant out I would expect employees to take it more seriously and atleast wear a mask when being...
