Food- it was awesome, just perfect amount of toppings, not over-powering, just enough to say it is that flavor.

Staff- I've noticed that the staff was extra patient eventhough there was a line up. They answer questions as customers were new to this kind of food.

Service was fast and the packaging was neat.

Special remarks to a staff named Richard. He took my order then he was helping the ladies prepare the orders. There were 2 guys who ordered after me and the guys want their 30pcs on separate boxes, most of the time if it is 30pcs it is on 1 big box. As a new place, you eant to impress customers so Richard stepped in and obliged to the request of the customer. This is a very smart move because the customer was happy and for sure impress. As for me, I asked to add additional flavor and paid for it. When my name was called and the lady asked me if I paid, I responded politely yes. I know new business, new staff getting used to new things. Here comes Richard explaining to his colleague on the most polite way that if the box has a marking of extra topping-it is for sure paid. Don't ask if they pay. Again, this is a very smart move. Some customers would be offended to be asked if they paid. Richard might have been with the food industry for a little while because he knows what to do when tricky situation presents. We need more of Richard as he would definitely make someone's day better.
