Whoever was working today evening was running this place like a circus. The fajita veg wasn’t even seasoned and shjt wasn’t even cooked. I wouldn’t be surprised if u told me they just took the bell peppers out of the Walmart veggie tray and tried to serve it as fajita veg. Then we get to the salsa. Tell me why the salsa had been sitting there so long it DRIED OUT. Health department is calling cuz ur playing food poisoning roulette with my intestines as collateral. This is the worst part yall…we get to the sour cream and it was dried out too AND CLUMPY. CLUMPY DAIRY. It was sitting there so long it CURDLED. It was no longer a cream this was sour clumps. And tell me why the employee was scraping up the dried clumps on the side of the container and putting it in my bowl RIGHT IN MY FACE? AS IF THIS WAS OK??? We get to the registre and I payed for my bowl of disappointment. I also got a fountain drink bc I figured the dried salsa and clumped sour cream wouldn’t go down too easily. I pay she give me my food and receipt and goes to help a customer and forgets my drink so I’m js standing there 🧍♀️. So then another worker finally comes to the register and gives me my drink. So now ya girl finally has her food. But while I was paying this girl came in after getting her online order and THEH FORGOT THE LETTUCE IN HER SALAD? The …Lettuce….in her….salad. Then they give her sum tiny side container of lettuce ?? For her…Salad…so they finally gave her a reasonable amount but rlly shows the lack of critical thinking going on in this establishment. Idk what was going on I am a frequent customer but today I didn’t feel like a customer I felt like a victim. Everyone working on aug 17 7:30pm needs to apply to the circus not chipotle. And when I was leaving there was trash all over the floor and this was the trash can. This pictures sums...
Read moreChipotle has always been one of our favorite places to eat, and this was my first time visiting the location on Yonge Street in North York. I was pleasantly surprised that they were open on Victoria Day, so I decided to drop by!
Since I was really hungry and wanted to get my food quickly, I placed an online order in advance. As soon as I arrived, I was able to sit down and enjoy a delicious burrito right away.
This time, I ordered a Burrito with half chicken and half barbacoa, black beans, mild tomato salsa, medium corn salsa, medium green salsa, sour cream, and lettuce. As always, it tasted amazing, super juicy and packed with flavor. The beef and chicken were both delicious. I usually add brown rice to our burrito, but this time I decided to try it without rice, and I actually liked it even more! The flavors of each ingredient came through more clearly, and it felt lighter and healthier too.
The staff were all really friendly and greeted us with warm smiles. Their energy and positivity made the dining experience even better!
Both the restaurant and the washrooms were very clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a great visit—I’ll...
Read moreUpdate September 6 - don't bother email customer support about your complaint. It just goes to the lazy manager and they brush you off. Lots of other restaurants/ Mexican places in the area. The other Mexican place barBurrit down the street is not too bad but much better than this horrible location. Look at all the other poor reviews and garbage bin overflowing all the time.
Weird interaction today, first time at this location but I enjoy Chipotle on a weekly basis at the office. I walk up to the line and started my order. The young man just looked at me and walked away. So I waited for for another staff, buy she started the order for the 8 year old behind me. 10 minutes later the first man came back and did not say a word. Dude this is Yonge and sheppard, and there are 50 restaurants within a 10 minutes walk. The tables were dirty, my burrito was barely warm. It is like no one cares anymore. First and last time I eat at this location. I should have looked at the Google reviews...
