My daughter and I ordered 4 drinks from this location on Wednesday June 14, 2023 through the DoorDash app. My daughter was the only one who had a milk based beverage while the rest had fruit teas/slushes. After consuming her milk tea, my daughter started to feel sick so we got in the car and then out of the blue she vomited so much. We have witnesses to the amount of vomit that came out. Considering the fact that everyone had the same thing to eat that night which was pizza, and the only thing different was the drink, I knew something must have been off with the milk. I took my daughter home after cleaning the car. I called Coco the next day and said that I would like to speak to management. After calling a few times, from about 10am until 6pm, I finally spoke to a lady who called herself Penny. She apologized but said she could not issue a refund and to call DoorDash. A refund would barely make a dent in trying to make this a service recovery. They just brushed off the situation and would not do anything about it. Do not order from this location. They should get inspected. I have picture of the vehicle after my daughter vomited but itâs pretty disgusting so I wonât post it here. I hope this will help in your bubble tea making decisions.
UPDATE* After going back and forth with the Coco Team, they said they would send a reimbursement by way of etransfer and sent an email apparently when they sent it. They even provided a password. I advised them that my account has autodeposit and doesnât need a password and to resend it and send a screenshot for proof. I received no response and then I went as far as to follow up again with the same email and again no response. I STILL DONâT HAVE A RESOLUTION. I just want this nightmare to be over, get my money back and never have to deal with this again . For such a big brand nationwide, Coco really needs to get their stuff together. Worst...

When I asked for a remake with no sugar, they flat-out refused, claiming I already tasted it. Instead, their genius solution was to dilute it with water. Seriously? How about making the drink right the first time?
Their excuse? I should've known better. Really? I've been around enough bubble tea places to know when something's off. Their policy is a joke too â since I used points, they thought they could get away with serving me garbage and then refusing to fix it.
After arguing, they begrudgingly agreed to give me another drink, but not before treating me with utter disrespect. Apparently, I'm just too "picky" for them. Excuse me?
This CoCo seriously needs to train their staff better and rethink their policies. Don't waste your time here if you expect any...
