3 Stars for Craig's Cookies???? 3 full stars for the delicious cookies and engaging and friendly staff!!! BUT cannot give the other 2 stars. Why? About 2 months ago, I was at CC's and when leaving, misstepped as the front step is not visually noticeable to remind you there is a step down. AND I went down HARD.. slamming my left shoulder into the cement, cookies and car keys went flying. I hit so hard that a car pulled over and the driver jumped out to help me...another person ran from across the street. Cameron, a CC staff member, came out as well. I was helped up and though in pain, I did the typical Canadian thing and said I would be okay... took a few minutes to catch my breath. Discussed with Cameron about getting the front step highlighted to draw the eye's attention and to get a ramp for those that would help have safe accessibility. Within 2 hours my entire left side spasmed and my shoulder blade became so painful to move. 2 months of physio and chiro and I was good again. BUT on my return to Craig's Cookies 2 weeks ago.... NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE to make the step safer!!! Cameron was there and another staff member. Cameron let me know he had filed a report and both staff mentioned that this was a common occurrence and had mentioned to the owner the need for a safer step, if for nothing no other reason, giving it a ramp for safe accessibility for those with disabilities. Will it take someone falling so hard they have to sue CC for compensation for their care?

I am still a customer... not advocating for any withdrawal of patronage, but ask everyone that reads this, if you go to CC's, to request a safer and accessible entrance for all.

Thank you...

Omg this place is heaven!! Their cookie selection should cover just about anyone’s taste. My personal faves are: the cheesecake cookie, which is very hard to get - I was told by an employee that they sell very quickly and I totally get why. Also the mini eggs cookie, the shortbread cookie inside of the chocolate chip cookie and of course the butter tart cookie! Omg they are all so decadent!! The one small thing I don’t like is that the actual chocolate chip cookies are way too salty. If you ever get just a bite of the cookie without the other aspects, it’s saltiness is quite noticeable. Still give it 5 stars tho!!

Side note - if you’re a jerk who actually leaves a bad review cuz they had the nerve to ask for a tip gasp you should think about why that bothers you. Tipping is not mandatory and while I vaguely remember them asking if I wanted to leave a tip, I didn’t find it to be aggressive or felt pressure at all. They ask you in a very casual manner and you can say NO, not today. If you’re worried it makes you look cheap that’s a you problem, I say no when I can’t afford it and yes when I can. They have always reacted very nicely when I’ve declined. It’s definitely no reason to leave a 1...

Just ordered a dozen vegan cookies and then also came in store to purchase a half dozen regular cookies. I asked the cashier for the promotion of the single chocolate chip cookie and she was very rude and told me I could not receive the promotion as I ordered the vegan cookies online. The only reason I ordered it online was to ensure that the vegan cookies were in stock when I came to pick up (church location cancelled my order earlier today) so I came to this location. As a customer who has been shopping at Craig‘s for many years and supports all their locations for them to not honour the promotion to give me a single cookie really impacted the experience, and I felt the cashier was passive aggressive. She was being very difficult in communication with me. When I asked could you tell me what flavors are in the order I’m picking up she said no she didn’t make them. Unfortunate that their customer service has fallen off. I just spent $60 and couldn’t get good service or my single cookie in store...

The best cookies in town by FAR!!!! Reeses Pieces or PB Cup are my front runners, but I've never had a single cookie from here that I would describe as average! Special mention to Crispy Crunch, Glossette Peanut, cookies n cream, Rainbow chip(they call it Pride), and mini egg! Needless to say, I've visited a few times now, and every time the staff has been a delight. Helpful, patient, and always pleasant. Added bonus? They also serve great coffee! I've seen that they also offer ice cream sandwiches, but haven"t yet tried one. Don't know if I'm ready to handle that yet... lol Anyways, can't recommend this place enough! There is almost always a line up, but I'm pretty sure that just re-enforces my points above. Only downside? I can never eat just one! They are WAYYYYY too good! Cheers.
