Crepe Delicious — Restaurant in Toronto

I came here with my sister, niece and nephew who are both toddlers. When we approached the store there was an asian man with his hair slicked down the side of his face and was on his phone. He didnt acknowledge us when we got there and we had to get his attention. Both the kids wanted to pick their own flavours and so they tried a total of 2 flavours and my sister and I tried 2 flavours, in the mean time two other customers came and we let them go ahead of us. Choosing our flavours took no longer than 2 minutes at max and when I told him all 4 flavours I asked him if it would be extra to get it in a cone instead of a cup and his reply was "I have other things to do too" in a very rude and harsh tone which is when I told him he could continue being on his phone and left. Clearly he was getting paid to sit and go on his phone! Not sure why people work in these types of stores if they have no customer...

I usually come with my kids to get pretzel in this mall, this time thought to try gelato, the taste was Ok. Service is something they need to work on a lot, the young guy with curly hairs who was serving me today was very lost in conversation with other employees and didn't even answer at the beginning, very slow in putting gelato in to a cup while doing that he was playing with gelato he was serving me and sneezing in his hands and laughing, pretty gross to watch unfortunately. I give this restaurant a 3.5 stars, but round it up to 4 stars.

Food is not extraordinary. However, there food is very fresh, and clean.

Gourmet crepe recommendation is, the "Chicken Ceaser Crepe". Dessert crepe recommendation is, the "Chocolate S'mores Crepe".

Venue: small, cozy, modern, and clean.

Customer service: very friendly!
