I recently visited this location on a weekend and ordered two smoothies. I asked the cashier to make my drink with less sugar â I was told a medium comes with 3 pumps, so I requested 2.    Read moreI had a strawberry banana smoothie from this location today April 15th around 2:35 PM And itâs not Iâm trying it for the first time. I have had it from various others locations of Real Fruit. However, I specifically asked for no watery smoothie and less sugar. So the girl made it and I took my drink and left. Which means it will take sometime for me to walk back there. She could have make an exception, and it would have not be big of the deal. as I have paid $8 for a drink. But she was very very rude to me. And said she canât make new new. Worst experience with this locationâŠshe is not even suppose to work in the customer service...

One of them was rude and refused to answer our questions, while the other repeatedly mentioned an extra chargeâwhich we were perfectly willing to pay. Despite this, the order was still prepared incorrectly. There was no proper apology until we pointed out that one would have been...
