Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Toronto

2025-02-19 Last night, I arrived at this Tim hortons location. I've decided to check out their flatbread pizza and what options they have. I went to the cashier, letting her know I'll have the "Chicken Parmesan Flatbread Pizza", she mentioned that there's none at the moment. Then, I asked her what other options do they have available as I'm willing to try others. She listed a few, and I ended up ordering the " Simply Cheese Flatbread Pizza." I went ahead, and I scanned an offer i have in the app (which I've mentioned to her before ordering). I scanned that offer, but i also had another offer to scan. The cashier was very rude and had an attitude about me scanning the offer twice. She was very rude in her replies when she spoke to me. The place felt unwelcoming, but I paid her no attention. I've noticed after I placed my order and paid that she didn't adjust her attitude with me. While I waited for my order, I noticed she went by another employee to say something. Now, I won't say that they both said anything in particular about me, but the employee she spoke to was the one making the flatbread pizza. The employee making the flatbread pizza also has an attitude and was giving me rude glares, while I waited. I eventually got my order and said, "Thank you," and she just handed it to me, in not a kind manner. That was rude. I purchased a order by To Go To Go which I did numerous time with Tims. I assume it is a company group deal with TGTG, given almost every location was listed. This particular one is the worst experience I had. I am fully aware this is left over pastries, but unlike other locations that packed at least was the items from yesterday. This location was packed from at least 2 or even 3 days before. The shape still there, but the taste is definitely different. I knew it given I kept the stuff for that long, upon my own discretion. On that note, when I forward to ask the TGTG order, the staff has not idea at all. She turn over to the Manager, I noticed her position with my bare eyes, as well as my additional purchase with an XL coffee. However, the Ms. manager cancelled my coffee order by assuming I expecting get the coffee with TGTG order. What make things worse, the coffee also tasted flat, like being utilized way more than it suppose to have. This location is rated below score 4 on TGTG, same as here, and there is the reason.

Either the food or service is so under expectation, as well as the Benchmark, I assume? I did not leave photos, since all these common is my subjective reception. I acknowledged it!

HORRIFIC service and MOLDY food!!! DO NOT COME TO THIS TIM HORTONS!!!! I placed my order at 10:35 AM and received my food (1 sausage biscuit combo and 1 bacon english muffin sandwich) at 11:10 AM. I've visited this Tims many times before and they ALWAYS skipped customer's orders. This time, of course they skipped my order again and gave me TWO MOLDY english sandwiches. There's no way the staff did not see the mold when making them because mold was ALL OVER the eng muffins, so either they wanted to pass out expired products to consumers or the staffs are not qualified for this job. When I brought the sandwiches back, they threw them away as I asked to see the manager. LOL this male worker that was on drinks told me aggressively "Don't you see the line here? Can you wait!". In addition, the manager took a long time to come out from the back. I have worked at a Tim Hortons before, so I understand the chaos that peak hour get. But WAITING FOR 35 MINS TO GET MOLDY SANDWICHES SERVED and GETTING ATTITUDE FROM EMPLOYEES?? THIS IS ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS!!! Please avoid supporting business like this.
