Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Toronto

Mostly always a positive experience! The confections are delicious, and the cost on the high side, (esp. the ice-cream cakes!), but par... You now can take home a litre or two of soft-serve ice-cream for company or BBQs!

The service is always efficient and friendly. However, though the place may be clean, it is high time for a thorough overhaul -- a modern Reno! Many, many decades old, it is much too small and crowded to have more than one service line which often winds around and out the door; and the hot summer nights keep them coming out in droves right up until their 11pm closing! (I am sure they would get a steady flow of customers until midnight and later with the hot summer school closures!) The outdoor patio furniture could use at least a good deep-pressure detailed cleaning! Again, never enough room for all to sit! Perhaps this DAIRY-QUEEN should consider a drive-by window to improve the human traffic flow!!

Kudos, anyhow for doing this well with what they have... AND, they need several metal fresh water-filled bowls for our furry friends, yes? This is a huge dog-friendly neighbourhood! (Note the pet salon across the street, and the dog-walkers everywhere.) Thx...

Went to this dairy queen because the danforth and danforth dq only had 3 chillicheese dogs somehow??? And made it out like I wasn't smart ordering them (I wanted 8).

went to the mccowan Eglinton location first and was shamed for asking by staff because "we haven't carried those for 10 years"

called the Broadview location @ danforth and the owner picks up and is like wow these ppl r wrong dq does have chillicheese dogs go to the Kingston road and st Clair location

went and hersh (sp) the guy working made some for us and was really nice and had no problems with service at all 10/10 experien ce MY MOM HAD NEVER HAD A CHILLICHEESE DOG BEFORE! So thank you hersh and that dq

I think the danforth and dadnforth location has something fishy going on, how do u only have 3...

I went into this location because the website doesn’t have pictures of the cotton candy ice cream birthday cake …. I was able to place my order in store but still had no idea what the cake would look like causr they never had a display in store either any pictures of the cotton candy version …. 40 bucks later I picked up my cake unfinished and the actual cake was not as nice as all the other featured cakes at Dairy Queen … the location was clean, and staff was polite but they never even had the cake decorated at all when I came in for pick up … much less my child’s name even written on the cake ….:like come on Dairy Queen 😒 I will not be back to order any more birthday...
