Double Double Pizza & Chicken — Restaurant in Toronto

I am not one to complain but this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I ordered a stuff crust pizza with double cheese x2 (I love cheese!) . My little brother gets back from DoubleDouble and as you can see in the picture that is not double cheese x2, I was a little annoyed but didn't think much of it. That was until I get to the crust and there is no cheese in the crust.... That is when I called to tell them that they made a mistake, I tell the owner and he say's he doesn't see the problem. So I drove over there to show him the problem, as soon as I walk in the door he starts trying to yell at me and says 'that is double cheese' then he tells me what thick crust is??? So after he explains what thick crust is, I then ask ' So explain to me what stuffed crust and why I didn't get it?' He then yells at saying if I have a problem to call head office.

The fat greedy bastard couldn't just say sorry and give me a credit for a pizza? To top everything off when I was walking out I saw a cockroach running a cross the floor. I guess that makes him a dirty fat greedy bastard. After that I didn't even want a damn store credit, I could't even eat the pizza...

I ordered delivery from them twice and my food arrived with no paper or plastic bag just the white containers that a driver could open could open and tamper with. The first time I called they were nice and stated it wouldn't happen again and offered me 4 extra pieces of chicken with my next order. I ordered again October 26th and my food arrived again with just white plastic containers. I called back and the manager was talking tough on the phone that if I want my food in a bag or sealed then don't order from them, until I told him he was being recorded he changed his tune started making excuses about why take out orders aren't sealed or placed in plastic or paper bag. People are tampering with people's food its not about not trusting your delivery man its protecting your business. I will never eat here again and the manager is a gaslighter who lacks accountability and basic hygiene. I might play the call on Social media! Stay safe people and don't eat from everybody! I read the comments many customers have complained about the foods packaging...

I ordered pizza from the uber eats at 7 and came at 9:30 which is already disappointing so I tried to cancel and refund the order but the driver lied and said it was delivered on time but it was not delivered and the driver was also calling me personally and they have a hygiene problem because we got pizza from buy 1 get 1 offer and we had a leftover and we literally found cockroach melted fried in a pizza and when i complained the manager who doesn’t have any kind of manner 1st blamed the driver saying his car might have a cockroach and offered me a 1 free pizza but I said no I want the refund because after this i don’t wanna eat their unhealthy dirty pizza and he denied and threatened me and sending me personal messages from his personal phone number i would have understand if he call me to apologize but he is texting me personally to fight and say it’s not their fault but the pizza clearly had cockroach worst unpleasant...
