Super Choy Restaurant — Restaurant in Toronto

We tried Super Choy for Christmas Eve this past year and even on a day where they were slammed with orders, this was easily the best Chinese food we have ever eaten. Their fried rice in particular I have to mention because for most restaurants, the fried rice is an afterthought because they know people are going to order it regardless so they don’t put effort or flavour into it, but this is NOT the case for Super Choy. Best fried rice I have ever had. Super well seasoned and perfect. We also had the lemon chicken, sour pork (breaded, they were out of bbq), beef with broccoli, and mixed veg. decided to try this place because I was in the area I ordered their "BBQ Ribs" I was expecting to get those delicious red ribs that all the other Chinese restaurants serve but instead I got these dry ribs when I took a bite it hurt my tooth so much. I called the restaurant because I thought it was a mistake but they said that's how its suppose to be they said they cook it in the fryer if your gonna call it "BBQ ribs" at least put some BBQ sauce on it because nothing about it is BBQ it should be called dry fried ribs. I went into restaurant and ordered a combo 2 with chicken fried rice instead of pork rice and 2 extra egg rolls for me and my 2 year old. I specifically requested sweet and sour sauce on the side due to a food allergy. Left restaurant took bus home. When we got home they smothered the food in sweet and sour sauce. Unfortunately couldn't eat any of the food. When I called the restaurant to inform them of the mistake yhat happened the lady who answered the phone told me there was nothing she could do for me.
