THE WORST ATMOSPHERE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! SERVED CHICKEN BURGER TO A RELIGIOUSLY PURE VEGETARIAN FRIEND OF MINE AND WHEN CONFRONTED, STARTED ARGUING AND MISBEHAVING. THE COOK DID ACCEPT HIS MISTAKE AND WAS TALKING LIKE A MAN BUT SUNNY THE DWARF HAD NO BALLS TO ACCEPT THE HUGE MISTAKE THEY MADE. HE LITERALLY BLAMED MY FRIEND FOR EXCHANGING THE BOXES EVEN THOUGH “WE’VE BEEN REGULAR CUSTOMERS FOR MORE THAN 2 YEARS NOW”, WHICH MAKES IT CLEAR WE WOULD NOT DO THAT TO SAVE 4$, BUT THEY WERE CHEAP ENOUGH TO BLAME IT BACK TO SAVE THEIR 2$ COST PRICE. HE REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE MISTAKE EVEN THOUGH THE COOK WAS ACCEPTING IT, SAYING “THEIR PATTIES LOOK THE SAME SO HE GOT CONFUSED”. YET, DWARFY STARTED MISBEHAVING WITH THE GIRL! HE LITERALLY HAS NO BRAINS TO UNDERSTAND THE SERIOUSNESS OF THIS ISSUE, SO I’LL HAVE TO GIVE HIM AN EXAMPLE TO MAKE HIM UNDERSTAND, “SERVING CHICKEN TO A RELIGIOUSLY VEGETARIAN HINDU PERSON IS AS SERIOUS AS SERVING PORK TO A RELIGIOUS MUSLIM”. WE’RE ALL HERE TO LIVE TOGETHER AS ONE, RESPECTING EACH OTHER’S RELIGIOUS BELIEFS AND GIVING BUSINESSES TO EACH OTHER. I WOULD NEVER TAKE SIDES OF A RESTAURANT IF THEY SERVED PORK TO A MUSLIM FRIEND OF MINE BUT SOME SHAMELESS AND BRAINLESS CUSTOMERS PRESENT THERE RATHER TOOK THEIR SIDE MAYBE TO WIN A FREE BURGER FOR THEIR LOYALTY TO DWARFY. THIS WAS LITERALLY THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH A FOOD BUSINESS IN CANADA! I WOULD DEFINITELY WANNA SUE THEM FOR THIS BEHAVIOUR, KEEPING IN MIND THEY “ILLEGALLY SELL ILLEGALLY SHIPPED CIGARETTES FROM HOME COUNTRY”, BUT HIS PARENTS WHO HAVE WORKED HARD AS I’VE SEEN THEM, KEEP ME FROM DOING THAT! DISGUSTING GUY! PLEASE SKIP THEM IF YOU’RE A VEGETARIAN. THEY THEMSELVES CANNOT IDENTIFY IF THEY’RE SERVING VEG BURGER OR A NON VEG...

Read moreWhere to start, this place is a wonderful initiative by a family. All of 3 family members work super hard to run the place. They ve the greatest competitor next door. I ve tried their burger 5 6 times but to be honest the taste does not remain the same for chutneys or for the aloo patty they use for the veg burgers .
I cannot categorize the patty or the burger to be bad however, it does lack few spices sometimes.
The butta never disappoints us if served hot. The Kashmiri chai is not the best one they serve.
As far as cleaniness is concerned its a 6.5 on 10.
The prices are genuine but the wait time on a weekend night is atleast 30 mins but 9 on 10 times the wait is soo worth it.
The menu is not extraordinary , this location serves 3 to 5 types of burgers, sev puri , golgappas, papdi chat and bhelpuri along with samosa chat and tikkis.
You can modify the spice level in the appetizers as they put the spices in front of you.
Services is ok okish because they are quite busy, service is not something one should expect here but again, places like these attract ppl based on food and not service.
There are some Indian/ Pakistani drinks also available in the store with some desi candies on the counter at a...
